Seem to remember that he might have gone non-league: Hayes, Chertsey, etc.

Got to thinking about Murray Jones today, when discussing with a work mate the worst financial outlay on a player before PSG bought David Luiz. Then I googled MJ, and found that he's now U16 Academy Development Coach at QPR...and also that he's 50 (FIFTY) years old...which made me feel quite old myself.

The master plan is working. The QPR Academy will become Jones clones.

Yes, I have heard that QPR have already invested in double-width goals and have ditched their ball-control sessions and fitness programmes...

  12. Loads on Murray straight from the Horse's Mouth here... http://uk.linkedin.com/pub/murray-jones/2a/147/b20

Going by his CV and all the long words, I think he should work in sales.

"•Former UK professional & semi pro player playing across all leagues/divisions: Crystal Palace / Bristol City / Doncaster Rovers (loan) / Exeter City / Grimsby Town / Brentford."

Bloody hell 5 pro contracts in his career. How the hell did he manage that. If you didn't know anything about him you would be impressed. Just goes to show how misleading CV's can be.

Under 16 coach at Millwall. Should be some striking talent coming through the ranks there then
