Ref completely out of his depth.

sh*thousery from Swansea had been let go and loads of soft ones to us,
Definitely.
Until banana said he was alright, he was but now he has just all Stroud on us.
Roberts doing what he does best.
And still, 20 fouls in, no cards and last 5 minutes theyve committed some bad ones and not even a free kick which would add to that 20.

We were not great

Few played well/ok.

Goode struggled. Kept getting the wrong side of players.

canos back to normal now he isn’t playing a League One team

I know we have to rotate as the games are coming thick and fast but we don't have the players to make it work

That’s was lucky.

Canos has no brain at all. Frigging useless. You cover the bloke going for the ball, not stick a forearm in his back. Thick as sh*t.

Saw the action replay on sky, Ayew looks offside to be fair.

JDS was awful second half, the worst he has played, so may sloppy passes and rubbish dribbled.

Canos awful again.

Take the point and run.

Swansea 20 fouls and not 1 yellow card, tells you all you need to know about the ref,

Goode was better this half. He isn’t going on loan. That’s for certain.

Look very tired. DaSilva in particular. Canos looked way off it. Wasted the ball so much.

Not a bad point considering we weren’t great. Get Norgaard and Jansson/Mads back in the team and we’ll be just fine this season

JDS, who has been a start so far this season, looked absolutely knackered. Shows how important he has been because with him quiet we were pretty awful second half. Our passing, which has been subs-standard most of the season so far compared with last year, was very poor indeed! Happy with a point in the end.

A tired performance where we took time to get organised.

We rarely clicked but still scored a lovely Brentford type goal.

Second half we simply clung on with two chances for Dalsgaard and Pinnock from set pieces.

Swansea were slick and quick but we kept them down to few chances.

Totally deserved equaliser and thank heavens for the Lino.

Canos and Marcondes don't make any contribution to the team and Goode is way out of his depth. Another 2 points lost down to Thomas Frank's team selection.

Never a foul by canos in my opinion.
I thought that at first, but from the reverse angle, you clearly see him lump the bloke in the back of the neck. Sergi, Jeckyl and Hyde and back within a week.

Forss closes their bloke down and he clears it, his follow through catches forss and he gives a yellow. The same thing happens to Rico and he plays on.

however on the balance he did is a few favours tonight.

Both sides had chances but they were the better team so happy with a point. Marcondes did nothing and was rightly subbed. Thomas has quite a bit to do to get us firing again.

We got lucky there. Swansea were the better team overall. Late offside goal looked iffy but who cares! A few too many players off colour tonight. Struggled to keep possession. and beat the Swansea press. Made too many poor decisions. Pinnock, Henry, DaSilva, Jensen and Toney played well out field. Raya made a couple of excellent saves - particularly first half. The others looked tired or simply off form.
One day we will win playing poorly. Thought tonight might be the night.

2nd half we were poor.

But I always feel games change on refereeing decisions, not just fouls against you but ones for you. The ones we were given, not a single yellow card.
The cards, if given, change how teams defend. Changes a players mindset.
How often was Toney held and no card issued, but Marcondes holds and a card is issued straight away?
How about the challenge from Bennett on the edge of the box? Following that free kick, subsequent goal kick from the header from Henrik, they went up the other end and scored with Henrik also receiving a card (rightly).
I cant argue at all with our cards but seems very strange how they got let off all the time.

A little worried by that performance. Same old flaws but they’re starting to seem a bit more glaring this year . If you can’t consistently pass the ball to your front players then good teams will trap you in your own half. Our passing from the back through midfield is so slow and as of yet we haven’t seen the left wing produce anything close to what Benrahma offered.

Swansea looked an excellent team but frail defensively once you beat the press which we failed to do time and time again. Having said that I would love Guehi in our back line, fantastic player.

Decent point on the balance of the game, although being a goal up for so long you'd have hoped we'd held on.

Canos just isnt good enough against the top teams. Not convinced by Goode so far. Ghoddos was anonymous for much of his time on the pitch. Raya made some decent saves and probably gets the MOM nod.

Terrible commentary, no understanding of how we play or modern football in general. I hope they never get invited back.
Got no problem them coming back as I don’t really expect hugely insightful analysis on bees player but agreed they sounded very out of touch.

Most comments centred around ‘get it to the big man and play off him’ or ‘too much tippy tappy get it forward long, in to their half then play’.

Fully agree with that comment, only 2 quality players on the bench in Janelt and Forss, I thought Canos might have turned a corner after Saturday's performance but no back to his usual self, sorry but I think he's had his time with us. If Canos had half a brain he could have scored, he didn't have go toe to toe withe defender just ease off and Toney squares the ball to him for a tap in. Swansea would be very average without Sure can't see them sustaining a position towards the top

I know it’s the same for all teams but we’re struggling with all the back to back games. Maybe it’s simply key players out injured or that we’re in a transition season. Time will tell but we’re not doing too bad

Last two home games and two points gained. 2 ways of looking at it.

1. 4 points dropped. We led in both games into the closing stages. These are the types of games we need to hold on to leads if we want to finish top 2.
2. 2 points gained against two of the better sides we're likely to play this season.

I suppose the concern is in both games, we didn't really deserve to win either and the equaliser had a feel of inevitability about it (although was more fortunate in the Norwich game). Unlike the Norwich game, where we decided to take Da Silva off which probably cost us, it didn't seem we had the personnel or tactical know-how to get hold of the game tonight. I don't think Thomas picked the wrong team or made questionable subs.

In the cold light of day, we had one shot on target all night and got a point. When you look at it like that, it's most definitely a point gained, although it doesn't feel like it right now.

Tough game and one that you need everyone on form. Sadly too many players were off their game and no doubt are tired. Wish some of our players didn't have International duty but at least it will give some breathers. Painful viewing and was waiting for that equalizer to go in. A point is a good result all thing considering. I really hate Swansea btw, what a bunch of diving tw@ts.

If we're looking at that as a point gained (which I guess it is), I think we've got to accept we over achieved a tad last season and thank **** we're not in the Premier League. Top half finish I reckon (please God not 3rd - 6th, would rather 7th). Wouldn't be too upset with that mind, considering what I've had to watch for almost half a century.

7 points now dropped from winning positions - we will live to regret those games at the end of the season

I thought he was far from the problem tonight. I remember the same with Pinnock last year, he just needs to get a few months into it.

the problem was the press again, it always undoes us. We destroyed them on the break last season but today all our forward passes went straight to them. When we did get good possession we squandered it with poor passing, JDS, HD, Canos and BM being the worst culprits, you can’t wrestle the game back when every time you try to counter one of your players rolls the ball just behind the runner straight into touch.

would love to say bad day at the office but we ha e been piss poor 4-5 times this season but the good news is we are still in there even though suffering a play off hangover,

You cannot seriously say that?!! We should’ve gone up. Plus, you cannot say we would’ve been poor as players would’ve come in.

We totally deserved to beat Norwich. Today we deserved to lose. Looked shattered.
