Actually, providing the owners don't somehow piss it all up against a wall, Premier League clubs can be very profitable. Why else do you think overseas billionaire investors are falling over themselves to buy into the PL, or when unable to do so, buying Championship clubs they think might get promoted to the PL?Surely that’s an oxymoron, or a joke.
