Well, there's the incentive of a winnable 5th round tie at least as an incentive for the Leicester game.

Interesting that the comment on the TV was us v Leicester is one of the ties of the 4th Round.
Will be a cracking match!

Plus with Brighton to follow, this season’s cup games are fast becoming a training ground for the Premier League!

Decent draw and fairly likely on TV too - Leicester put out a strong side on Sat so will be a tough one if we go reserves again.

A goal kick from Harrow Borough FC
We’ll be home to Leicester again, same as last year, but with a better result!
I’ve warbled on here before about my recurring ‘Leicester in the cup’ dream!
Normally entails us losing in R4 away 3-2/4-2, and that’s the season we go up.
I guess we’ll have to keep playing them in R4 ad infinitum....

Leicester play Chelsea and Everton either side of us. Might impact on their team
Can’t imagine Jamie Vardy will start against us .
We cannot go as second string as we did Saturday against Leicester even if they won’t go completely full strength.

What I will say about these ties at least there at home, shame we yet to give the team the Home support they would have got at Griffin Park . More Premiership tests

Apart from the minnows v. giants games, I'd guess the broadcasters would see us as causing a potential upset – prime live TV option.

Our 2nd eleven (if Norgaard can use it as a recovery match) doesn't look too bad:

Daniels; Fosu, Goode, Sorensen, Roerslev; Emiliano, Norgaard, Zamburek; Dervisoglu, Forss, Ghoddos

Think we have very decent chance of getting to round 6, but wouldn’t underestimate the strength of the Leicester side that they could field. Up here in the East Midlands (at least according to pieces on BBC) the club seem really up for winning the trophy, badging it as the only major one that they’ve never achieved (and having lost four finals). Nevertheless, as I say, we can do this. COYB

Brendan Rodgers put out a very strong side against Stoke with only Madisson & Vardy rested. I'm pretty certain he will go very close to full strength for this tie as well.

That's a great draw. When was the last time we had a season where we played 6 top flight teams? Brilliant chance to get used to whats required ready for next season :). Also gives us a chance to make progress on our performance last year.

Looks like nobody picked up on it .. so .. the lady presenter, introduces Peter Crouch, who is picking the balls out for draw, with an opening gambit of, 'Peter Crouch, who has played for 5 of the clubs, left in the competition. That was an untruth. Crouch just acknowledged it and ploughed on with his role, but it shouldve been 6 clubs ... they never included us !!!!! More damn lies from the BBC !!! :)

I might be wrong but as a 12 year old when he left I don’t think he’d made a first team appearance.

If we can beat Leicester, we have a great chance to reach the Quarter-Finals.

Just a thought that as Linekar and co rolled up at Griffin Park for this last season it is more likley that BT Sport will choose our game in the TV carve up?

1 BBC will choose Man U
2 and 3 BT will choose Ars and Man C
4 BBC will choose Chorley

So that leaves BT next pick
I think Spurs at Wycombe

So BBC will then go next
Yes Lineker going to Bees v Leicester is still likely

I will always remember watching a re run of last years cup match at Griffin Park against Leicester, the look of amazement on Lineker face when the Old Lady gave a big big rendering of Hey Jude and other chants

Then later the pass of the season that gave Leicester the goal. We were not outclassed that day

Yeah we competed well last season with a reserve side so no reason to think we would be embarrassed

Not after the bbc virtually rubbished us for playing a 2nd team v Leicester and spoiling there cup upset possibility....they won’t forget ;)
will be on bt sport I reckon
Also. Let’s play a strong side this time V Leicester as we could field a similar side to mboro game and beat Brighton or Blackpool with that one ;) Let’s not bollox it up as we did last time a year ago by resting most and then losing the league game they were rested for 3 days later eh

Is there an option like Now TV for BT non-subscribers?

Also I assume this means that our Swansea match will be announced for Weds 27th Jan in the next few days?

NowTV has BT Sports but you have to buy the Sports Extra package on top, which is another £10, so if doing a day pass this would cost £20.

If you know someone with BT Sport then borrow their login details for 2 hours 😉 can either cast from device or download the app directly to Smart TV.
