OK, so that's correct. No need to do anything more.
So hopefully later this week the Middlesbrough game status should change to “You Have Access To This Match” if not by midday Friday I’ll be on to the Ticket Office

Sorry if it's already been answered but are we (ST holders) getting a code for the Swansea game ?

Season Ticket Holders and Premium Seat Members, who matched their ticketing email address to an iFollow account, have already been given access to tomorrow's game.

Not a Season Ticket Holder? You can still watch our match against The Swans on iFollow for £10 (£7 international fans)

Copy of an Email I have received from the club. Hope this helps people understand

Going forward your iFollow account will be upgraded to VIP enabling you to watch all eligible games without using a code. In order to be upgraded to VIP your iFollow account must be registered to the same email address as your ticketing account and this needed to be done by Wednesday 28th October in time for the Swansea match tomorrow.

To check whether you have been granted VIP iFollow access to any future games, please follow the instructions below:
* Login into your iFollow account by clicking here or following this link (Please note your iFollow login must be the same email address as your ticketing account)
* Please then click here or follow this link Brentford FC - Subscribe
* Please scroll to the bottom. If you have been granted VIP access, it should say underneath match passes 'You already have been granted access to this match' next to the relevant match you are eligible to receive VIP access.

If you are using a tablet/phone/iPad ect, can download the EFL iFollow app, login into your iFollow account (Please note your iFollow login must be the same email address as your ticketing account) on the EFL iFollow app and then you should be able to stream the match via the EFL iFollow app on your chosen device.

Many thanks,
Sophie

So if it says nothing next to Brentford vs Swansea (just a blank space where subscribe now appears for the Boro game) I do or don’t have access to watch the game tomorrow?

Mine shows the same, no option to subscribe for Swansea game so confident it is all sorted. Managed to get the Sheffield Wednesday game (?) where you needed to be registered and that worked fine

Same here, just a white box for Swansea and "subscribe now" now for Boro, so I think that means it's ok......

EDIT - I can also see "Season Ticket - Brentford / Expires July 2021" in the "purchased packages" section of my iFollow account.

Due to work I can‘t watch ifollow until 8.30 tomorrow. Rather than watching the last 15 minutes I’d like to watch the whole thing. Does anyone know if you can watch ifollow from the start while the match is still going on? Or when the replay is available?

I know that, if you have watched from the beginning, you can rewind and watch again if you are in the same session. I don't know if that works if you connect late, though. Is there anyone who can start it up for you? You can then go to the beginning when you get in but it does mean you have to keep yourself isolated beforehand!

I'd appreciate some help folks. My son (aged 15) has an ST; I don't. He's therefore been receiving emails to his account with the iFollow codes for matches. However, when he went to register for iFollow at the start of the season it said you needed to be 18. OK, no problem, I open an account in my name and he uses the code he is sent.

But like others he's received none for the Swansea game. Now looking for help I see post 406 above which explains that the iFollow account must be registered to the same email address as the ticketing account. By 28 October, arse. He / I didn't receive any advice to that effect (how was it issued?). So he doesn't appear to be able to watch the Swansea game, great. Without paying anyway.

Looking ahead, I don't really understand how to fix this. My iFollow a/c won't let me change the email address to his. If he opens an iFollow account he has to affirm that he is 18. Does anyone else have this issue with a junior ST holder? Thanks for any intel if so.

There's probably little that can be done for today as the accounts are activated centrally. I can ask the club a general question about under 18's However, you may wish to send an email to enquiries@brentfordfc.com to have someone look at your specific issue and ensure that his account can be activated if you create a new account.

If you don't get anywhere then I can chase.

My email address for both ticketing account and Ifollow are the same so should be upgraded but when I follow the instructions the Swansea game has a blank screen where it should show ‘you already have been granted access to this match’ am I missing something or is that wrong ?, the Boro game has subscribe now for £10 against it. I’ve emailed the club but suspect they may be busy today. My membership of Ifollow shows as active ST holder .

Reading above the issue of having a blank space instead of "you already have access to this game" seems common place. Do you have the Season Ticket package listed until you packages in your account?

What browser are using? I wonder if this is only cosmetic.

Have you tried saying you are over 18 and seeing if it is clever enough to spot a junior ST, you may get away with it tonight and then get the club to fix it before the next game?

Yes, worthwhile running the mouse over it with the left button pressed, seeing if you can highlight any text.

Nope, it's disappeared from mine as well.

I can still buy an unneeded match pass to the Middlesbro match though!

Same for me but when you go to Next Match I got the standard next Match Page with the usual message

Access to the match live on iFollow will be available here from 1 hour before kick-off
Buy a Video Match Pass

Hope it comes up with Watch Live when I try to get in tonight

I suspect you are worrying too much about this.

Two of our ifollow accounts via season ticket holders have exactly the same screen so I am assuming it will be all OK for tonight as there is nowhere to actually buy the ticket on our account

Looks like iFollow is the only way forward to watch the majority of our games as the red button is not an option for regular scheduled games:

A statement from Sky Sports said: "We can only show rescheduled, displaced midweek games or games taking place away from Saturday at 3pm that aren't part of a regular midweek round on the red button where respective clubs stream them on their iFollow app."

I hope it all works perfectly moving forward then ;)

Last week I cancelled my iFollow Audio subscription. I am now nervous that the EFL will have managed to mess up the whole thing so that I wont be able to get access to the match via my season title entitlement.
Has anyone else cancelled an iFollow subscription and found everything to work ok after?

Thanks. I was made aware of this (via the twitter account), but no information seems to be publicly available on which weekdays are the "extra" ones.
And if this week isn't does a 7pm KO count as displaced?

I think I'm in the same boat as you.

I am a ST holder and on the club iFollow page I am listed as "Active", same as shown eg in Delbee's post #364 (I've never heard/seen anything about being "VIP", mind)

I don't recall receiving anything about ensuring by 28 October that my BFC email addy is the same as my iFollow one; then again, I only ever use the same address for all things Bees related, so they must know it's the same.

I've not seen anything like Banana's post #386 (though don't do Twitter).

And when I go click on "Next Match" on in my iFollow Account page on the BFC website, I just get the red countdown clock to kick-off with a note saying "Access available from 1 hour before kick-off etc" and two clicky links alongside where I can buy an "Audio Monthly Pass" or an "Audio Season Pass" (er, no thanks).

So my problem is this. I ought to be receiving free coverage of these matches and assume I will, but nowhere have I been notified of this, nor does the BFC/iFollow website make it clear that I will. And I don't want to wait until 6 pm to find out for sure, just in case I don't.

In other words, yet more crappy "service" from BFC's comms team. (n)

Christ Almighty, this just gets worse.

I've just seen Delbee's helpful post #406, which includes the following:
"To check whether you have been granted VIP iFollow access to any future games, please follow the instructions below:
* Login into your iFollow account by clicking here or following this link (Please note your iFollow login must be the same email address as your ticketing account)
* Please then click here or follow this link Brentford FC - Subscribe
* Please scroll to the bottom. If you have been granted VIP access, it should say underneath match passes 'You already have been granted access to this match' next to the relevant match you are eligible to receive VIP access."

And when I click on that "Subscribe" link it puts me through to a page offering a range of Passes (just like Josh Dasilva!), incl the (£10) Video Match Pass. When I then click on "Check Availability" below that, it goes to the Swansea game, but with no indication of any sort whether I've definitely got it and/or whether I have to pay. Wtf?

[By contrast, I know I can't be a complete div on such matters, since I have recently been buying Now TV passes from cd keys, a US company which mostly does American TV sport and video games etc. Crystal clear website, half a dozen clicks, two minutes, and I can watch SKY Sports channels on my Laptop and Smart TV without a hitch]

As I've said before it's worked quite well for me on the coded games but would not work at all on VIP upgrade for the SW game - just the spinning circle of doom. I'm loathed to touch it at all and just hope I can get in 7.30 ish.

Cheers missed that. I went against my better instinct and logged in to have a look. There's absolutely nothing to suggest I have a pass to tonight's game except my account confirms I'm a ST holder. But it is still asking me to pay for a pass tonight. I have had the email saying I have VIP status but had that for the SW game and never got in. What do you suggest. Try later?

Forget emails. What does it say under Your Account > Purchased Packages? If it shows Season Ticket - Brentford, that should be good.

Time out for Edit the Above

But she did say that we would as VIP Pass people have the access and we should Log /GoIn As above

The below is a line from I Follow Email to my question of how to get into the VIP games
You may simply log in to your club's website and this will give you access to all home matches free of charge.

I’m going in via Official Site and club badge , I did this when I was talking to the girl on the phone
