I was in my office for the first half using my laptop which worked fine for all last season's lockdown games but this season I just get the revolving white circle on a black screen. Ended up using my phone which is not ideal but meant I could watch the the second half whilst travelling home. I appreciate that the difficulties some of us have are not the fault of the club but a reliable service would be nice. Every game this season has presented a challenge using iFollow.Do you think everyone is making all their issues up !!

I think this might be my problem. When I tried to log in to i follow initially it wouldn’t accept my email address, so I picked another address, and it worked, but that is different to my ticketing account.Is your ticketing account set up with the same email address as your iFollow account?
i had a blank for luton screen . also this time . im using edgeI constantly get the black screen, i'm logged in ok, tried TV using firestick and Amazon Silk (Had no problems back end of last season doing this, my preferred way of watching), Tried Mac using Google Chrome, and Safari, tried Phone (Brentford site and EFL app), tried Ipad. All no luck. Goodbye Brentford. Does anyone have access to teletext, so much easier.
I was advised that I now have 'VIP upgrade' however for the Middlesbrough match I am still seeing 'Subscribe Now' against it1. If you received an email from the club this afternoon entitled " Your match preview: Your iFollow account has been upgraded" - then you should be ok
2. If you go to your iFollow account here: Brentford FC - My iFollow Account and click the plus sign next to "PURCHASED PACKAGES" and see this then you should be ok as long as you ALSO can pass the test in 3 below
3. If you go to your iFollow account here (difference place): Brentford FC - Subscribe and scroll down until you see "MATCH PASSES" and see any of the following then you should be ok:

Mine still tells me to subscribe as well. As rubbish as this is if you got access to Swansea without ding anything you should be fine for Boro too.
My daughter sorts ours out on her Mac. She gets the black screen sometimes when she first logs in. She just refreshes the page and it then works fine. HDMI ? So 1999 just cast it .Prob already been said but if anyone having problems hasn't tried laptop-hdmi-big telly then give that a try.

Do you have another ST holder in the house? My son has had this as we use my account for iFollowReceived this today from the club:
“ As a Season Ticket Holder, you’ve had the opportunity watch most of our games for free this season. We noticed that you haven’t used your free access to iFollow yet and we’d like your help to understand why you aren’t taking this offer so we can look to improve the service.”
All very odd as I have been using my free access regularly. But hats off to the club for pursuing this issue.
