If you are a STHer or Premium Seater and do NOT have access to iFollow matches then please get in-touch with the club via this form:

The problem I had I brought four season tickets, they are all registered to the same email address so my Son who’s at uni even though he has his own iFollow account can no longer watch games on iFollow, it was fine when we were getting codes as I received four different ones all emailed to myself, but now when he logs onto his iFollow account it’s telling him he’s got to pay the £10 to watch it, he gave up with the Swansea game so missed watching it.

Get your son to update his email address on the BFC ticket account, then tell the club the email address in in sync with the iFollow account.

And it still isn’t working , had various chats with staff at Brentford today , Both emails match so god knows what the problem is .

Same here, had no problem last season and earlier this, now the supposed entry in purchased package is not there. Lady at club great, but this system is crazy.

Had an issue for Tuesday’s game so they had to send me a code instead, but assured me my account would be updated for Saturday’s game.

Checked yesterday and it’s still asking me to pay £10 to stream this afternoon’s game. Submitted the form, but considering kick-off is 4 hours away and I’ve not heard anything, guess I won’t hold my breath...

It would all be much simpler if they just sent out one code that covered you for all the games you’re eligible for like last year. That worked really well. The current system is awful.

The current system doesn't require any effort from you at all though.

No it would be much simpler if all ST holders just had access without having to do anything.

Really ? I beg to differ
What do you have to do then? The answer is nothing.

There may be some, presumably you included, with a set-up issue, but after you are set-up then it works every match without having to worry about any codes or other mumbo-jumbo.

Didn't even have to log in today. Just clicked on ifollow and clicked on next match. Straight in no problem.

Except the current system doesn’t ever seem to sync to my account. Have spent far more effort, and money buying games I should already have access to, than if I could just get one code I have to put in once.

Great system if it works I’m sure but it hasn’t been for far too many people.

The problem is the mentality for a company providing a product should be that one person having problems is one person too many.

Says I’m upgraded to VIP but no joy. To be honest I’m not enjoying watching the games, mainly because I can see my seat and I hate not having the atmosphere.

Im preferring updates from the GPG more as they are always balanced....😉

I did this and it was sorted within 24 hours by the club. They are associating fan numbers with email addresses for ST owners. If you have 4 numbers you can separate them with different email addresses which you use to set up 4 iFollow accounts.

I had this problem last year and it never got resolved. However this year i
found out my ticketing email address was different from ifollow one.
Sophie at the ticket office sorted it for me in one day, watched today’s
match, no problem 👍🐝👏

Just received an email saying that I need to register a new iFollow account by Friday with the same email address as I have registered with Brentford in order to be upgraded to VIP and not need codes any more this season...

...My iFollow account is already using that same email address!

Christ I'd heard iFollow was sh*t but I didn't think to quite this extent.

What's the problem, the club are making sure everyone has access as this is the last time the EFL will activate the accounts.

Do you have VIP access already?

I don’t , Both email addresses the same as they have always been and I still haven’t got VIP access . Had to pay for Swansea and Boro game ( Club have contacted EFL on my behalf ) Just don’t know what the problem is to be fair

Nope, I had to get in touch with the club before the Swansea game and they gave me an emergency code but assured me everything would be sorted for the Middlesbrough game.

...but that wasn’t either and they had to give me another code. Fast forward to now and now they’re emailing me saying they don’t even recognise me having an appropriate iFollow account.

Not sure who’s at fault, but iFollow replied to my query saying that they couldn’t find my account in the list supplied to them by Brentford earlier in the season.

Unlike you guys, I am not a season ticket holder or vip.

Just an ifollow audio subscription.

Sadly the site crashes several times during every match.

This never happens on official Arsenal (sorry!) match-day commentaries.

Shame. Doesn't encourage me to upgrade to sound + vision.

Hey ho. Small grumble. Generally great to be a Bee these days!

There was an audio outage at the most recent match. No problems with the video however.

Generally it works just fine after you are in. The main issues that I have with iFollow is the convoluted website and sign-up process rather than the actual streaming.

I think he does have a bit of a point though Banana. I have subscribed to the audio for several years now (now have VIP status ! ) going back to Bees Player the loss of commentary was frequent. It is better now with I follow but still occurs. My biggest problem is that when it starts it usually bursts in with Marky B in mid flow leaving me wondering how much I've missed. It all seems so very unprofessional and is not fair to Mark and co who do an excellent job and are probably unaware of this.

Yes, the adverts don't help. Marky has no way of knowing when they are on - which is mildly irritating.

I paid for the Stoke game by accident, it took my money before I could put my code in. Sent an email to Brentford FC and I got a £10 refund straight away, so don't let it go

If you have not done get I Follow to check what they have for your Season Ticket (IFollow Switchboard 01772325800) Then ring Ticket Office to check against your Season Ticket, and change if necessary

Apologies if wrong thread and excuse my ignorance but this is my first away game ifollow experience. Do you have to do anything in settings to get commentary from the Brentford guys ?
