What did they suggest please?Couldn't get on at all today until halfway through 2nd half. Even started an in game tech chat with someone called Mylene. She suggested one or two basic things ggdn halted the conversation. At which point it all seemed to start up and work alright.....almost as if they had recognised a problem their end, resolved it but didn't want to tell me so I wouldn't know it was their issue. I have requested an at least partial refund but won't hold my breath.

Log out and try again, possibly using a different browser. I queried whether that would also terminate the cost. Was informed it wouldn't. Tried what they suggested but still couldn't get in. Then a final message appeared, 'Thank you for contacting us. Chat session disconnected.'What did they suggest please?
Be careful with IPads a lot of the use Safari which a lot of supplier like IFollow don’t adapt toI have exactly the same issue as you when trying to watch from my iPad. As in your case, access via Chrome has solved it (so far).

I’ve given up using the IPad for a lot of things , basically I only use it to read and not post , for posting etc I use my Desktop. I found out the problem with the IPad when I couldn’t access. Speed Awareness and had to pay twice
