Restarting the browser seems to have cleared it

Can you tell me what fast.com says please - and are you wifi or wired? and what device? We're trying to see what causes these issues. cheers
140mbs. Latency 18ms/94ms. Upload 20mps.

Problem seems to lie with having a child kick the laptop connected to the tv and pausing the screen. When clicking 'live' to catch up then we get the problem...

Couldn't get on at all today until halfway through 2nd half. Even started an in game tech chat with someone called Mylene. She suggested one or two basic things ggdn halted the conversation. At which point it all seemed to start up and work alright.....almost as if they had recognised a problem their end, resolved it but didn't want to tell me so I wouldn't know it was their issue. I have requested an at least partial refund but won't hold my breath.
Apparently, I hadn't missed much......

Can You See The Real Me?
The only problem I had with it today was that it worked! In hindsight, I wish it had crashed and I could have spent the time doing something more constructive rather than watching that dross!

Maybe not quite the right thread for this, (Mods feel free to move) but I didn't think it warranted one of its own.
Just wondering if anyone has found anywhere that publishes details concerning the number of iFollow passes purchased/number of people viewing on a match by match basis?
One of my simple (pre-COVID) pleasures, was to scan through the attendance figures on a Sunday morning. It would be interesting to be able to do something similar now.
I've had a look and can't find a central site, but a few clubs have published some details, although I don't think we have.

A few more than usual.

I can normally get through a game, with it only happening once or twice, but there was a fair few more yesterday, and a couple of sound issues too.

What did they suggest please?
Log out and try again, possibly using a different browser. I queried whether that would also terminate the cost. Was informed it wouldn't. Tried what they suggested but still couldn't get in. Then a final message appeared, 'Thank you for contacting us. Chat session disconnected.'

I have exactly the same issue as you when trying to watch from my iPad. As in your case, access via Chrome has solved it (so far).
Be careful with IPads a lot of the use Safari which a lot of supplier like IFollow don’t adapt to
I’ve given up using the IPad for a lot of things , basically I only use it to read and not post , for posting etc I use my Desktop. I found out the problem with the IPad when I couldn’t access. Speed Awareness and had to pay twice
