Heard last night that he is very close to joining Accrington Stanley

If he is, very well done to him, as it looked like he was toast earlier this season after those abortive spells at Chelmsford City and Dulwich Hamlet.

I don't think he actually played for Dulwich Hamlet, so that he could keep his options open on a return to league football.
I agree though that he has done very well to get back to League 1

He did, albeit a minor cup appearance. The news blackout on him, since he was released by Dulwich (date unknown), led me to believe he'd given up on the game or something!

Yeah, the complete and utter blackout continues. He certainly deserves a run at a Conference South club to get some senior experience behind him.
