Have ordered as a season ticket holder but will not allow me to order second for son in an adjoining seat.

Can anyone help?

Try a different browser or clear your cache. It worked for me when I switched from Firefox to Microsoft Edge.

It's shame the 'stadium dressing' couldn't have been taken down before the photos were taken. 'Covid-era' GP - missing seats in Hate Corner as well - isn't how I really want to remember it.

Tried different email but still not accepted!
I was having problems with not receiving emails on my talktalk account, so changed it, and touch wood things have been OK since.

I'm thinking of ordering for Ealing road. It gives the choice of view relative to the goal (right front, left back etc.) Is the right or left as you look at the pitch or as you look at the stand from the pitch?

It's a shame there isnt one from the Playmobil stand so you dont have to see that stain on GP's legacy.

I ordered this the day the club sent an email out - but no sign of it - has anyone had theirs delivered? Or know when they will be sent out?

Last Wednesday, Chris @ Mymo told me the first batch will be sent out this week.

Try a different browser. This worked for a few of us.

I had the same, but emailed Chris and he sorted it. He was very helpful.

The email to Chris bounced, hopefully support will pick it up. Have tried 4 different browsers and a couple of different email addresses, not sure how it know, mqybe the seat.

It was a newly installed browser on a different device. I also used duckduckgo which clears cookies and does not hold history.

Ill try the other email.

Just tried ordering again, and it says ive already submitted a response when it failed to take payment last time and ive not received a confirmation.

There were a few i wanted to order but was trying the first order & its details when it played up.

Yep, thats exactly what I had.

Contacted them directly and they asked for details by email, which I provided, but have not heard back from them.

I have received this from to company
The Ealing Road options of left of, right of etc., are from where you stand looking onto the pitch, so for example, far left of goal is towards Braemar Road and far right is towards New Road.

Told the head of customer service at MyMo about the poor comms from their end. They admit they hadn’t got the wording correct and apologised. Comms should be put out regarding when the pictures are being sent soon...... a bit too late imo!

ps I requested a refund via PayPal. Got it back. Plus, a freebie for highlighting their poor comms! 😎

Nope, they emailed me on the 20th asking me to confirm the block number.
Also received an update email on the 23rd:
"Your GP MyMo will finally be with you next week. We apologise for the slight delay, this was due to a Covid incident at our print facility."

Utterly piss poor comms. That’ll be a minimum of 6 weeks since ordering. I’m sure there will be another glitch in the mean time. If we’re lucky the prints will arrive before Christmas.
