Brilliant move from the bees. Bryan took a long pass really well in his stride, held off two loontown mugs and chips the ball accross the front of goal for the lean machine Ivan Toney to tap in. Keep it up bees!

Also an outrageous ball from JDS to Canos.
Top top play.

Early sub from Luton, playing 4 at the back now I think
The great thing about Jones making the change in formation ahead of half time is that Thomas can plan for the second half and brief his players at half time, rather than second guess what Luton may decide to do second half.

Always good to get a substitution just before H-T... ;)
Better than a goal. It's been demonstrated statistically. By Jimmy Greaves. Or someone. ;)

Very comfortable first half from the bees. Haven't really had to get out of first gear. Kept them at arms length and then picked them off. Great goal from Rico after JDS had opened things up with a powerful run down the middle, then lovely ball from Canos to Mbuemo who got in behind and laid it on a plate for Toney (how many assists is that for Bryan??) . Luton have had to change their tactics so hopefully things will open up more in the second half and we can take advantage.. If we can get a third then maybe we'll see some more minutes for Forss and Fosu.. have to say that Mads Bech is looking more and more assured at the back. Hasn't had too much to do today but is looking a lot more composed on the ball... Oh, and Josh DaSilva.. that turn on the touchline to beat 2 players.. wow!

Sergei and Mbeumo doubters!?
One ball doesn’t make a season.

Canos needs to do more and more often. Without running down blind alleys and not engaging his brain when on the ball.

Early in the season to be bothering, but other results and half-time scores all looking very favourable so far.

Exactly my thoughts , we haven’t really played our best, but two quality goals. Can see Luton pressing higher second half and giving room for Toney to power through on goal.

Very impressive half.

Luton have showed very little.

Hopefully it will do Sergi's confidence the world of good. A good Sergi is better for us than a Sergi who is pushed out.

Still early days, and hopefully he can kick on from here.
