His crossing is really good, better than Dalsgaard’s.

He looked a bit off it physically (not surprised at all after a long injury lay-off). Minutes will have done him good but he might need a few more sub appearances before he’s ready for a league start IMO.

Showed what we'd been missing, real quality going forward. Suspect we'll see a fair bit of him over the rest of the season. Enables us to add Dalsgaard as back up CB too if need be..

Agreed. I thought he offered us an outlet as well that we were otherwise lacking. It may be worth playing him for that reason alone sometimes.

I know he had a big cock up with Raya at the start but after that I thought he did pretty well. Grew into it going forward and put some decent balls into the box. Gave away a few too many free kicks second half though but it's got to be difficult coming in to the Championship after so few games.

Agree he’s had no footy. And he’s coming in to a stuttering team.

He’ll do fine but the experienced pros and guys who have been playing all season need to help him out.

He's young and relatively inexperienced at this level. He's been out for a long time. Involved in the early give away on Saturday. Showed character if nothing else to stick with it. He's going to be a very good player with time and encouragement.

Did OK after the initial error, but Raya certainly didn't helping by rushing towards him and making the back pass much harder and riskier than it would otherwise have been. That's why he turned and got himself in trouble. In fact, for me they were equally responsible.

Played much better tonight than Saturday, more often being further up the pitch than Sergi and offering an outlet but still a way off looking a dependable Championship player. Good experience for him but I’ll be glad to see Dalsgaard back as soon as possible.

Was okay today, not brilliant but put several good crosses into the box.

Still young, not one for the scrap heap IMO.

Honestly.. I thought he had a good game today. Got forward well, defended well, made some excellent runs in behind their full back and put some good crosses into good areas. Frustrating thing is that in general Toney was the only one in the box. Also, looked suspiciously like a pen when he got clattered in the second half?

Last season I was so impressed with him and very excited at the prospect, I just don’t know what has happened to him to be such a shadow from last season. Hopefully he will start to click again.

Perhaps it is because he missed most of the season, and this is his first couple of starts this season. Not only that but those starts have come at a time of extremely high pressure we are all feeling it and it must be magnified in his case. This is not the time to play kids but Thomas has no other choice available.

Agreed thought the youngster did well tonight. Got forward and was unlucky not to get on the end of a couple of crosses and did have half a shout for a penalty. Occasionally gives me kittens when defending but he will improve with experience.

didn’t see that at all. He had the confidence to get forward, take on their defenders and get into the box. Also cut inside a couple of times like Dalsgaard does and passed it well. I thought he had a very good game in all honesty.. has a very good cross on him, if we could have got more players into the box then he may well have got an assist
