Good postSo anyone that isn't screaming and shouting "SMITH OUT" and "That's it we're down" after every game is someone thoroughly delighted with how things are?

Good postYou're out of order telling other people how they should react. You're entitled to your opinion but don't start having a dig at a supporter who attends week in, week out. He has his own way of supporting the club that a lot would do well to follow. To bring personal insults and analogy in might be out of frustration but leave the longstanding and genuine supporters out of it.
Good postIt's a good question isn't it? Where's it all gone wrong?
I don't think you can point to any one specific reason, it's a combination of a number of reasons for why we are where we are. Ultimately, the bottom line is this: we simply do not have the funds or budget to buy in the kind of experienced, quality Championship players you need to be successful in this division. Not just in terms of signing on fee, but in in terms of wages.
Let's be brutally honest here, at least half the current side aren't good enough or experienced enough to be playing regular first team football in the Championship. But we're currently having to play them because they're the best we've currently got. How many first team players have more than a seasons experience in the Championship? I can only think off 4, all remnants from last year: Button, Dean, Bidwell, Judge. The rest of them are either continental imports or players on loan or players that have come up from lower divisions. You can get away with introducing one or two promising youngsters or inexperienced players into an established side, but you can't get away with playing more than half the team with them.
The good news is, I think the lessons have been learnt. You can't change so much so quickly, you can't rely on bringing in inexperienced/young or continental players in and expect them to adapt immediately to the physicality of Championship football.

Need our missing men backGPG temperature check required
Smith & o’Kelly?Need our missing men back
Never mind all that, pop downstairs if you could and stick a couple of fans on the GPG boiler please, ta.It's a good job we have a calm owner who doesn't make kneejerk reactions. I do wonder though, if he would 'abandon' the model temporarily to ensure we stay in this division by cashing in on either Konsa or Mepham in January and using a decent wedge of that cash for a couple of more experienced leader in the middle and at centre back. This team seriously needs someone on the park to gel them together. The DoFs have always said that isn't a priority, but I can't see an end to our defence leaking like a squatter's ceiling.
The GPG doom and gloom army has suffered significant casualties in the past few years. But a recruitment drive is in full swing and numbers are expected to return to previous high at the end of January.Need our missing men back

That was my fault accident . It’s been restored now. Only down half a minute I hope ?The entire Charlton match thread has disappeared. Call the police!
GPG towers just don't want to accommodate the gnashing & grinding about to take place!
