Moyes is so overrated can not stand him ....at least saids bank account will be healthy
.............yep...........showboating big time Charlie..............He is only a bit part player with flashes of game winning genius.
Yep. Chipping in with the occasional goal or assist. He is only a bit part player with flashes of game winning genius.
Can you imagine how peed off they would be if they had paid the full £25m++ !!West ham social media is in meltdown...quite amusing really. Algerian contingent not happy, existing fans slightly overwhelmed and not particularly tolerant...and added to that quite a few Algerians suggesting they’ll be following Man City instead today because of Mahrez...
It also goes on to say we got £5m for the loan deal and we will receive another £12m if he passes a second medical required to make the deal permanent at the end of the season, as well as up to £8 in add ons if he signs a new deal at the London Stadium or is subsequently sold to another Premier League club.Just to say D.Mail today specifically has it as a lung capacity problem. Does he smoke at all? Hubbly-bubbly?
Rest assured if WHU dont want him next summer for whatever reason he'll 'fail' that medical. It also goes on to say we got £5m for the loan deal and we will receive another £12m if he passes a second medical required to make the deal permanent at the end of the season, as well as up to £8 in add ons if he signs a new deal at the London Stadium or is subsequently sold to another Premier League club.
Sorry if someone else has mentioned this elsewhere.
Some of that is not correct. In fact all of it past "we got £5m for the loan deal"It also goes on to say we got £5m for the loan deal and we will receive another £12m if he passes a second medical required to make the deal permanent at the end of the season, as well as up to £8 in add ons if he signs a new deal at the London Stadium or is subsequently sold to another Premier League club.

Sorry are you suggesting the Daily Mail are printing stories full of absolute BS?? I am staggered...Some of that is not correct. In fact all of it past "we got £5m for the loan deal"
Thought as much. I don’t like quoting ox bolls, “but it was in the paper.” (Mrs J’s occasional weekend choice - ‘for the TV’).Some of that is not correct. In fact all of it past "we got £5m for the loan deal"
How did he do?He's in the big time now. For eight minutes.
Done a couple of nice little megs which came off and that was really it. Didn't have enough time to make any impact - but his megs are still the biz!How did he do?
In addition, he almost cost the Hammers a third Liverpool goal by conceding possession with one of those flicks.Done a couple of nice little megs which came off and that was really it. Didn't have enough time to make any impact - but his megs are still the biz!
As it’s only a loan with an obligation to buy if both sides agree that such obligation does not need to be taken up and Benrahma agrees to this with a new contract then it’s certainly a possibility although probably unlikely. Of course if he hardly plays for them and Moyes doesn’t fancy him then not impossible.Thinking out loud here, if Said flops and we go up we could take him back at West Ham’s request?
If he seriously flopped in the Premier then I'd hope we'd hold Wet Spam to their obligation (if that is truly what it is) to purchase for the asking price.Thinking out loud here, if Said flops and we go up we could take him back at West Ham’s request?
Home debut*In summary then, Said comes on sets up a goal then teases Fulham with a penalty opportunity which he knows they will miss just to compound their humiliation. A perfect debut. Unfortunately for him, he won't play Fulham every week.
No. But I wouldn’t put it past them to try and weasel out of the deal if he totally flops.Have they got a get out clause if his arse gets stuck to the bench?
... and I wouldn't put it past our Directors of Football and Club Secretary to have created a contract that cannot be weaselled out of.No. But I wouldn’t put it past them to try and weasel out of the deal if he totally flops.
I would be, on his wages!!!I wonder if he's happy ?
Reminds me of the George Best “where did it all go wrong?” hotel room storyI wonder if he's happy ?
NoHe would not have expected to be a regular starter like he was here, but you do just wonder if there is maybe just a tiny gnawing at the back of his mind, just wondering if he has made the right choice....?
He goes to work every day and plays football everyday and gets a fortune. It is not all just about the game on a Saturday so I expect he counts his rolex's when he gets bored.I wonder if he's happy ?
The bank balance is understood but is he really happy? How much money is enough? Would he take less but play regularly? He goes to work every day and plays football everyday and gets a fortune. It is not all just about the game on a Saturday so I expect he counts his rolex's when he gets bored.
West Ham have lost 1 in 7, no manager would be changing that much and his most likely position is being filled by Fornals who is playing very well. I'm sure he's been around football long enough to understand that. The bank balance is understood but is he really happy? How much money is enough? Would he take less but play regularly?
Footballers want to play. I don't think Moyes rates him.
I have a feeling he will fail the medical if they don't think they really need him to retain their status
