Taken them 3 days to despatch an adult home shirt. Wont be rushing to anything order online again.
I was told last week that our shirt order was either being sent out last Friday or last Monday. Still waiting, sent emails no answer , tried this morning to phone got through to Messages Box only to be told it Full try again later.

Shows up on my account Processing Not a good service

It's really a very odd use of scarce resources like.....money
Maybe we have to hand it back in a good condition. Not sure who owns it though...
I thought it was still part of The Princess Royal site (orig their function room) and that Fullers have sold the site to Tesco

Has it actually been sold or were Tesco just seeking planning permission.

It's awful. Waited a month for mine and my boys shirts, his had printing on so knew there was a delay. When the order came last week, no adult shirt only his printed one. Can't get through on phone, emails not answered until third chase on Tuesday, to be told there was a delay on printed shirts, they clearly didn't read the mail I had sent because I had told them what I had received and even sent them a picture of what I had received showing the printed shirt.

When I bought my Wembley tickets (about 10.30 on a weekday) - the kid serving looked like he'd just woken up........and manged to use about 3 words in the 10 mins I was there! And my mrs said the same about the t-shirt but I couldn't be arsed for £2 as it goes towards the Bees anyway.
Bit harsh. I'd say being up and about and working in a shop at 10.30am is a good effort. Bound to be a bit grumpy, surely? As this was getting on for nine and a half years ago, I can't help being worried for the poor lad. Hopefully he managed to find something with a more sensible starting time?

Didn't it use to be a hall, that was part of the Princess Royal pub?

Maybe the club still own it.

Can anyone enlighten me as to the logic of launching a new product in-store only in the current climate?

So much work for the new Ex Arsenal guy to sort out. Wonder if it will be any better next week once the shops open. We need our delivery by the 7th Nov as it a birthday present for a grandson on the 8th Nov

To make people aware that the bricks-and-mortar store is reopen for business, maybe.

Because they anticipate the shipping/supply issues with the first 2 kits will be repeated? It is an easier way to control demand but not a good thing to limit personal interaction for staff or customers

Reading the above posts gets me thinking If its a pain getting things out then think about the pain returning stuff if too small or wrong.
I will give any club stuff a miss until I can physically see it.
Whenever that may be.

After many try’s have have finally got through to the shop , as said earlier the Voicemail box is full .They phone me back, got sorry it not been dispatched but will not be next day delivery on Monday

I did mention that using the Email Address either Shop@Brentford.com or Superstore @Brentford I kept getting email not delivered. The girl did say that something has gone wrong with it and they are trying to sort it out. I did say that they should update the Brentford Internet Search details

The only e-mail contact on their website is:

shop@brentfordfc.com

I would suggest anything else will just bounce back to you.

I would add it does seem nuts in the current climate to be opening re-opening a shop when all other retail businesses are expanding online. I wonder what they would do if literally twenty fans all turned up together!

Start a queue, Braemar Rd is quieter than most High Streets but it is nuts if this is the solution to problems shipping orders

Ok I started the words of in upper case and had a space between a space between superstore@

I didn’t think they were/are case sensitive
They're generally not, but neither of your addresses had 'fc' in them.

It wasn't exactly over run this morning they were allowing about 2 in at a time although I only had to wait 5 minutes before being allowed in.

Things change. Patience.
Hopefully. I can understand us at GP in L1 or the Championship not having a decent outlet of some form. But being in a lovely new ground with potential of Prem football it is needed.

The problem being if you click on the email link on the website it creates an email to superstore@brentfordfc.co.uk

I've no idea why they ditched the .co.uk domain. Even if they wanted to market using .com they should've just aliased it.
I've no idea either, but guess whose idea it was? Here's his name with some letters blocked out as a clue Ku*t,

I guessed as much, but didn't want to presume.

Even the tracking link on the despatch email doesnt work 🤣

I suppose that could be Royal Mail's fault in fairness.

The club offered a better service and wider range of stock when it was inside a portakabin in the car park and you had to go and knock at the offices upstairs to get Winnie to come down with a key and grumpily open up for you.

That was 20+ years ago. We’ve moved on enormously at every single level, apart from the club shop. No idea why that was allowed to wither as it has.

Anyway, whatever happened to the ’Est. 1819’ keyrings? :backtotopic:

Visited yesterday and treated myself to 3rd strip top (really like it), they were doing a decent trade. Only downside was due to lock down weight gain I needed an XL , but at least no where near dart player size just yet. Will miss not having a club shop. I heard in the past the one we have was a really bad deal for us, but never found out why.

Do we know how long will the shop still trade. Are there any plans for a final visit there? Spent a fortune there over the years so would be quite sentimental.

Probably closing on Monday in light of the rumours re Boris' upcoming speech. Maybe they can concentrate on fulfilling the online orders instead

Finally got the right shirt today!! Took long enough....🙄

Best email to contact the shop is enquiries@brentford.com

Any others don’t go through.

However, the shop never replied. It was always the person reading the enquiries emails. Thanks Sophie! 👍

I received a response from there today during the game from Sophie too. Hopefully I will receive some news from the shop Monday.

I know that recently the Club Shop has had some bad press. We ordered a Junior First Team Shirt
Today we received a package Junior Shirt TShirt with Brentford Forever Bobble Hat Face Mask and Ticket Holder . That's going to make a 10 year old Grandson (season ticket holder) very happy on his birthday. Well done to all that were involved
