I am sure the shirt I ordered almost a month ago will arrive some day but it is kind of funny it took over two weeks after the order when I received an e-mail telling the order is on its way. So, the Father's Day gift will arrive probably two weeks after the day which was on the 8th November in Finland. My dad does not have a clue I ordered him a Brentford shirt so I can tell him it is actually his Christmas present... convenient.

Finally chased up (by email) at the weekend my lost retro training top which I have been waiting for since I returned the wrong size in July.
Got an email response from Leah within 10mins which on a Saturday is very impressive.
She has said that it will be sent out today. I’m hopeful this signals a return to normal service.
KLM top arrived today. Excellent service. Let’s hope that’s the new standard.

Hi Hobbsy, I responded to the order confirmation email (shop@brentfordfc.com and have also written to the onlineshop@brentfordfc.com email address) - the last email received said the order had been despatched, but provided no details on tracking etc so I have no idea where it is or when it might arrive. I emailed for updated information but presume they are too busy to respond...:banghead:

Okay, next step would be to forward to Enquiries@brentfordfc.com. If you don't get a reply then Jon Varney.

I have contacted the club about the other club shop issues so I will mention your case. Let me know if you don't get anywhere.

Is that the KLM kit or jacket? Dont take this the wrong way but the kits only in XXL, ive been waiting ages to see if they will release any more sizes.

I ordered a couple of mini kits (though the price wasn't mini) for the kids w/printing. Received an email last Wednesday morning saying the order had been dispatched and was with RM. Logged onto the RM website this morning which says that while BFC has advised the order is on its way to them, they haven't received it. I know who I believe. I can see this being a battle.
Having emailed the shop on Monday afternoon, my order miraculously arrived with RM yesterday

All they have on the website is ladies and junior sizes.

Or you could go to the Umbro site - there's a 20% discount available right now, which is not to be sniffed at !!!
Insert promotion code UMBRO20 on the order page - you have to scroll down a mite
(Obviously you can't get a name or number on the back - but plain is best, I say)

Brentford shop is suggesting Black Friday deals will start there from tomorrow if you are prepared to wait.

From browsing it looks like the Umbro site has some Brentford products that aren't available on our website for some reason

May or may not be indicative but if you click the Black Friday tab on the OS it lists a load of products, albeit without discount yet. No current season kits, but the training-wear is there.

Yes that's a bit rubbish as people may think those are already deals.

Prices on the Umbro site are not always the same as the Bees club shop as well so check before you buy, this is £15 more expensive on Umbro for example

But if you take off the 20% student discount (most of us have kids who can get it via UNiDAYS or Student Beans ) and add in the free delivery is virtually the same price . After reading a lot on here, I think I would rather use the Umbro site

Thanks for the heads up on this. I've ordered through Umbro, got the discount AND have the security of knowing they'll fulfil my order!

Such a bad thing to read about a Championship club that wants to be playing in the top league asap. Off the pitch we are quite poor.

I emailed onlineshop@brentfordfc.com yesterday (my time) and Enquiries@brentfordfc.com just now. Frankly its embarrassing and a disservice to the club and what we are seeking to achieve and be perceived as forward thinking, trail blazing, innovative leader in our field.

We can't even pack a few kits into a box and ship them out with tracking details FFS. I have zero confidence left now - both B@B jar's have almost given up hope of receiving the new kit...

I agree and I've had no reply to my message from six days ago.

Shirts available at £38.40 direct from Umbro today - cheaper than the club shop and probably more likely to receive it quickly too.

I tried to use my loyalty points today but received a message I couldn't use them because I was purchasing discounted items. Did you use your loyalty points against a non discounted item?

Err, sorry, you are quite correct - the buggers had me stymied, so I made two separate Club Shop purchases - one was a non-discounted item (to be sent to a.n.other) on which I used up my Rewards .... & t'other was for the discounted items for me. (I didn't have many Rewards, but enough to zero 2x P&P). What a palaver!

Finally got a response and a tracking number. All good I thought, finally getting somewhere. Upon checking on the Royal Mail site this is the message;

Tracking information is not available for this service

you could not make it up....

Probably because the RM hand it over to some international courier. I guess it might be worth feeding back to the club that it would be more useful for you (and them) if the package could be tracked further than Dover. And therefore to use a courier that provides wider tracking...

When I post things to Germany via RM, the RM site provides a link to the air mail courier from LHR onwards.

Don't know if is just Germany though.

Have £23 of Loyalty Rewards to use but finding it really hard to find something that isn't already discounted, which you can't use them against.
