Frozen 1 adult and 2 children (bless em) until next season.
A partial refund on my other adult ticket.
I want to buy a camera.
Got a call from the Club yesterday regarding partial refund.
Okay I get 75% back on one season ticket.
The other 25% is now a non returnable deposit.
Do not remember seeing that in the options.
If I had of seen that then I would have gone for a full refund.
Slightly bitter taste left after that phone call.

Yes it is a commitment to buy a ticket for 21/22 and to hold your seat.

From the original club email:

Option 2 - Get a partial refund
With our partial refund option, you can claim a refund for 75 per cent of the value of your Season Ticket* with a 25 per cent deposit retained as a non-refundable deposit towards 2021/22 Season Ticket renewal. Your 2020/21 Season Ticket will be cancelled but your seat in the stadium** will be held for the 2021/22 season (up to the Seat Hold Deadline). Your deposit will be deducted from the cost of renewing your Season Ticket. 2021/22 Season Ticket prices are subject to change. (Please note - if you choose this option, you will not receive your 2020/21 Brentford Card).

Subject to availability and government guidelines, you may get the opportunity to purchase tickets at the full matchday rate for reduced capacity games (after those in 'Option 1') and if and when games are played with full capacities.

Like I said, I don't remember seeing it.
Life has changed so much since January.

It wasn't in January it was a month ago?
Wasn't what I meant Hobbsy.
I didn't remember seeing the non refundable bit, but that's my fault.
Back in January the wife was coming to football.
Now I can't get her out of the door.
That season ticket I bought was hers.
It was a good idea then.
Not so good now.

Okay, I understand. Maybe you could find someone to take up the ticket. Or, if you can afford it, having a spare seat next to you won't be a bad thing, as you could have different people going, assuming we are allowed back in.

If not have you explained the full situation to the Ticket Office?

No I haven't spoken to the ticket office.
Have thought about it mind.
All of those scenarios you have mentioned have gone through my head though.

sorry for the thread resurrection. Bit of a silly question but it mentioned that a "welcome pack" would be sent in October for those taking option 1. Has anyone got one and what was in it?
