Anyone else received this email from BFC?
It basically says: We see that you haven't spent £10 to watch a game on iFollow yet, please complete this survey to tell us why.
The survey offers a bunch of reasons to choose from, including quality of the service, quality of the team's performances, technical incompetence, price, watching with someone else. And the one that applies to me and many other overseas fans - Other.
Sooo, do you think it would be acceptable, advisable, or maybe even helpful to put in the "Other" comments:
"Of course I haven't paid £10 to watch a game, I'm a ****ing season-long subscriber. Could you not have checked that before you sent the email, you utter ****wits? Is this the legacy of Kurt or what? I despair of you, BFC."
