I'd be surprised if that were the case TBH - full refund, games + iFollow or games + refund should be the 3 options
I hope you're right GB, it's that 3rd option I have doubts over as I think no refund will be the price of being in the ticket rota. I'm in the same boat as MB jobwise so refund/credit would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear about your job situation, tough times, hopefully something will crop up soon
Thanks. I hope I'll be back on the treadmill soon. The redundancy money won't go far. Of course there are loads more people worse off than me. Look at those poor sods who support that shower from Shepherds Bush.

So it looks like I can buy access to the Wycombe and Birmingham games despite them being on Sky. Can other people check please, would be good if a non season ticket holder could as well.Screenshot_2020-09-01-22-27-18-791_com.android.chrome.jpg

Not that keen on the ifollow option. I 'gifted' my ST balance last season but as someone who pays a three figure sum per month for SKY the two ifollow games I watched ended up costing approx. £50 per game. That's not the club's fault but then add to that the lack of an email to the GP tours then my generosity will begin to wear thin.

Griffin I have the full sky package, multi room etc and have never paid more than £56.00 per month. Just a suggestion haggle with sky. If you can’t at the moment cancel sky as soon as practical. Then re new by phone, Haggle, hopefully you will save a lot of money.

As a non season ticket holder next available match is showing as the home game vs Huddersfield on the 19th September.

Same here.

I hadn’t realised that iFollow content can also be accessed by the official EFL iFollow app. Seems more user friendly that the BFC app too:

You'd think not but back in April that is exactly what most airlines did. Flight cancelled, no refund, credit only.
.......
That’s not legal though. EU Regulation 261/2004 requires (by law) that airlines refund cancelled flights within 14 days. Agree many have tried to convince passengers to take a voucher or credit note, but that is the customers prerogative, not the suppliers choice. If you want a refund you are legally entitled to it.

And, under consumer law you are legally entitled for a price reduction for any part of a service not provided. So, that would be a pro rata sum for each match you cannot attend. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 refers in particular s. 54 & 56 apply. Again it is the consumer who decides not the supplier.

The club has few (legal) rights here. They are in the hands of the ST holders as to what they (individually) want to accept. Cancelling an ST is not an option under the Act and the club potentially are leaving themselves open to action if they attempt that, which I do not believe they would in any case..

Does it say video match pass?

In the UK ifollow is Audio only, in your country it will depend on whether it is being broadcast or not
To be honest Hobbsy it's not clear, it says it's an available match but doesn't have any options next to it, same as Brum game. I'm in Singapore, and it's not on any channel here...

From the opening post on this thread:

"From club's website:

Whilst matches are played to zero or limited attendances:
Matches that are NOT LIVE on Sky Sport will be streamed on iFollow".
So as this one is on Sky Sports in the UK, it will not be shown on iFollow anywhere else in the world, is that correct?

No that is not correct it is different country to country. However if there is a broadcast company with the rights to show it and they choose not to then it will also not appear on ifollow.

We saw this with Spain last year.

I'll be watching it on Sky, but I'm fairly sure that it's on iFollow for overseas subscribers, subject to country blackouts depending on rights.

Is this legit?

How come they can do a week for £9.79 when Now TV themselves are charging £9.99 for a 24 hour pass?
They bulk buy the codes cheaper. I've used them for Playstation network codes with no issues.

Edit; although for the sake of 20p it's probably easier to do it through the Nowtv app.

I used them during the "resumption" games - absolutely no problem .... so much so that Now TV have now offered me a rolling 9 months at £20 per month - can cancel any time - cancel after the 9th payment as after the 9 months they'll charge full whack / probably double - 9 months will cover the whole 20/21 season & you have access to all 11 Sky Sport channels

Now TV are currently quoting me £33.99 for a single month pass (i.e. no contract).

Presumably when Now see you buying via CD Keys that prompts them to undercut CDK?

Not being shown locally here or on Ifollow, what a joke. Will have to find some dodgy stream then, why can't they make this easier?

You are getting boring now. Very boring. It's been explained to you many times. This is the LAST TIME. Brentford cannot broadcast the match, the rights are owned by Sky. Sky have paid good money for the rights. If you want to watch then go to the pub rather than the ground.

This is the last time this will be mentioned. Over and out.

So if a home game is on Sky, will season ticket holders be able to watch it live for 'free' (yes, I know) on iFollow?

If not, will we be able to watch the entire match a day later?

I know we DEFINITELY can't watch away weekend matches live, but can we watch a full match recording a day later?

I don't know about watching recordings but the answer to your first question is at the start of this thread

Yes, but this will be one where your Ifollow account must match your ticketing account
