Considering they could equalise, I am surprised Andersen was not cautioned at the very least.
It was a careless foul yes, but is it close to DOGSO?
I know there was another defender there but consider the distance to goal, and the very next touch, it was unlikely the other defender would have done anything.

In a season of some of the worst cheating, i think i have just seen something that tops it off
Andersen at the end claiming a penalty for "an elbow".
On watching the replay, he grabs the Saints players arm, pulling their hand towards his face to attempt to make contact.

Haven’t watched all of the replays but it looked like he was moving away from goal towards the goal line and the covering defender would likely have blocked any shot.

It a "goalscoring opportunity" not a "certain goal".
He could have controlled the ball, brought it back more central if he wanted, and slotted it past an outfield player.

If it was the last defender that brought him down with the touch going away from goal and the goalie still on his line, I'd say no DOGSO.
There's clearly a greater likelihood of a scoring chance with the keeper on the floor outside the box had he not been taken down. He would definitely have got the ball first over the covering defender, who would have had to stay on the goal line and try to block any potential shot without using his hands.
Another one of those laws that can be bemoaned by poor ref interpretation.
