huge shame no pinstripe on back, especially with the suit teaser including a name & number with the stripes.

best away kit in years though, ceetainly nicest since the black & yellow one from the champ 19/20

Not really feeling this one. Bit of a reach with marketing about tailoring and Savills row etc feels just a generic dark blue and white stripes shirt. Not horrible though, it’s neat enough and hasn’t been over detailed which is good, just doesn’t click for me but as the season goes on might feel different and will probably get it anyway 😆

Yes, the plain area in the back does not look great. I hope they also have better cup numbers this year too, as last year there were only dark, with this kit, will be impossible to see them

I don’t think it’s the club’s choice to have a plain back. I think it’s some sort of premier league regulation for striped shirts

I found over the years that the plain backs look sh*te, but less sh*te when the name and number is added. Hang on... kerching! 🤔

That was the point, I was making. It's to do with the numbers being clearly visible, which makes (some) sense with regular stripes, but not with big numbers on on pinstripes.

I like it! It’ll take some getting used to after the recent colours (I liked the pale blue last season) but I’m sure, after its first outing I’ll be used to it and forget it’s ‘new’.

Not sure why the shorts don't have pinstripes if the suit is the reference point? But it is perfectly fine and a big improvement on last year!

I can't think of too many colours or colour combinations where if it was released, some fan will pipe up and say it's a bit "Millwall", a bit "Brighton", a bit "Juventus 2015", a bit "Plymouth", a bit "fake Bees", and so on and on.
It's an away strip. It's a lot better than the brown kits we've had in recent years, and it's nearly always going to resemble another club's kit. But, it's just an away kit. It's not the colours we actually identify with. I never get the importance that some fans place on our away kit. So long as it doesn't look embarrassing (poo brown), then that's great.

A handful of people have passed their opinion on whether they like it or not, no one is going full on die on the hill, rage mode about the bloody thing :LOL:

... back in the day...a white collar was seen on many a teams strip.... this is a nod to the past...I think it fits well with the 'Kingsmen' thing... touch of bespoke from a bygone era that some of us will remember... what's not to like....and f*** Millwall btw.

Maybe soak it overnight in lager for a more uniform colouring.
