New Season tickets for 26/27 season

OK had similar problems on latest Android 16 fully patched. The culprit was the web browser, Brave, in my instance. By switching to Firefox as the default browser and deleting Bees app data and cache it all worked first time.

Browsers like Brave have security that makes web browsing safer and more secure, but these things do not play well with many sites security systems.

BTW forgot to mention restarted android fully too before rertrying in the Brentford app

All mine downloaded into my wallet. This year have put all my kids ones into mine and will get them to try to do theres aswell as was a ball ache last season when they couldn't make it having them on different devices

As long as one is Android, and the other is Apple, it works, we had both in both phones, but I imagine you won't be able to do 3 or more

However, it refused to accept my password, saying "Something has gone wrong", but I verified that it was the correct password, on another device.

I was always taught that user instructions must to the point, unamibious and precise, and must not contain any unnessary information.

This is a classic example of how not to do it. User stops reading after "Ticketing Hub" (in bold I might add) and starts searching for those words on his screen.

I have downloaded my digital ticket but I am not seeing the MANAGE TICKETS option (ie: to sell on Exchange, or forward to F+F).
Does anyone if there is normally a delay before this option becomes available?

It isn't going to be available until they have finished rolling out the season tickets, probably next week.

NFC “contactless” will have, on the visual ‘ticket’, something like ˒)). You’ll need someone au fait with your handset and version of Android to let you know configuration, though.

There is barcode option but you have to turn off the 'hold near terminal to use' setting using the 3 dot icon in the top right (need to be in the pass)

If you have NFC enabled it won’t show the bar code. If you disable NFC, the bar code should show.

I have downloaded my season ticket to a phone that doesn't have NFC and it defaults to showing the ticket barcode.

Right, from what I can see if you have an NFC phone you will have no barcode, however you can force a barcode to show by turning off hold near terminal

Mine arrived. It has been placed in the wallet and the wallet placed in the red John Varney box.

I never worked out what the strap with a little bit of metal was supposed to be though.
