Hold that phone call, my brother received his physical card this afternoon. Seems BFC have sent out more cards than was asked for.
All mine are on my phone and kids have also put them on theirs. I have android and they have apple
They are NFC based, you just tap your phone on the turnstile
log out of the app on your phone. log back into the app in her name. add her ticket to your wallet then log her out again and log yourself back in
Sign into your ticketing account on your phone directly to https://eticketing.co.uk/brentfordfc, not the app goto my account Digital Passes and then add your daughter's ticket.
Also, make sure you are set to manage her tickets, that way both of them should show up under your account on the app and you should be able to add her's.
Not sure if there's a season ticket gift pack this season, but previous membership gift packs weren't sent out until late September / October.

The NFC reader wasn't working at the East Stand entry point I used today for the Frankfurt game. I was directed to the box office by the assistant, but opted to mess about with the app for a few minutes to find the bar code and get in that way.

Right, from what I can see if you have an NFC phone you will have no barcode, however you can force a barcode to show by turning off hold near terminal

Yes it is rolling TAPs so you lose them from 2021/22 and then add them as you attend games this season

250 drop off is probably lower than most, if you go to every home match this season and zero aways or cup matches you get 245 TAPs
What's your/majority view on this system where loyalty seems to have been hit?
Not sure that's true - its the same for everyone so you might even go up the pecking order

Our 2 physical ST's still haven't arrived. Contacted club and they said that there have been some issues preventing delivery to our home address before Saturday. They are printing new physical cards for us to collect from box office before Saturdays match. Same happened last season. Why?????
