I cannot remember the last time I’ve been so disappointed and frustrated with a half of football. We have been pathetic. I understand these away games against newly promoted teams are never as easy as they look on paper, and Hull are clearly a very well organised side. But we are being outfought in far too many duels and look far too lackadaisical in possession. Some of them need rockets up them at half time because that was very poor

Off the top of my head, two positive contributions:

1) Through ball to Schade who could have shot but went wide
2) Roasted his man and cut back, Schade goal stopped by Thiago

He is the least of our worries today.

Why do people think would be a stroll in the park?

Hull are playing exactly the same way Forest did a couple of seasons ago; playing Championship-style football in the PL and teams thinking that they won’t, because they’ve reached the PL.

If you don’t compete against these teams, you end up with what we’ve seen so far.

I am hoping the wind was MoM first half as I am giving our players the benefit of the doubt for the miscontrolling, the poor passing and the indecision. It doesn't excuse the Kelleher error which in conditions like today was pretty brainless. He like all the others has credit in the bank. Big effort second half. (Wind will probably change direction now!)
