Ouatara or Lewis-Potter, I went for the latter
When we play sh*t, we seem to be saying ‘he’s been the only bright spark’ quite often this season

Really struggling to think of anyone who deserves it. Jensen had a good second half but was dire first half. KLP threw himself to ground far too much for my liking, as did Schade. I'll go with Sangare who was at least decent.

Subs made the difference, that's why I've gone for Anthony, who was lively.

Only two players in contention in my book - Dango (despite the flak he’s received on here from some, and Ajer.
Dango shades it for me because of his goal.

Dango for me. Worked hard and created some dangerous situations. Glad he got his goal.

Thought Anthony and Dams looked good when they came on.

Ouattara, Thiago or Kayode; all did a lot of work even if there wasn't much skill on show... Dango for me with the goal.

Toss up between Dango and KLP for me.
(With an honourable mention for Ajer. Who seemed once again to be our only player who was prepared/able to carry the ball forward, and beat players through the middle of the pitch.....Oh Josh, how we miss you....)
Both did some good things.
Both (like all the other players) did some awful things.
Gone for Dango for getting the goal.

Dango for me. Had the full back on toast in the first half and scored our goal. Was our best forward today.

Thought a lot about this. Without MD changing the pace and intensity of our play, we lose. Also considered Ajer, who was quietly in control.

Thiago? Seriously? We must have been watching a different game
He did an incredible amount of rather thankless work, IMHO, against three centre-backs from which the only statistic was an assist.

Yet according to his most ardent critic on here he did no running - crazy what some people will say just to get a reaction

There were periods in the first half where I was not impressed with his wing play, but he grew into the game. His confidence improved and hopefully he can take that into Wednesday and Saturday

The hard work goes without saying, he's as honest as the day is long. But he isn't playing well this season. To put him in the debate for MOTM is ridiculous. That's clear from the voting tally on here.

Good try, but the boss just gets it slightly wrong this week.............
