Ballon d’Or winner published early
Be interesting to see if they have in fact messed up publishing this page
Yes I'd forgotten about this... but now I want to know what happens.Clever viral way to remind everyone that this is today.

404 ?That makes more sense. It goes to 404 now!
Still ….
it has dragged out massively, I only tuned in around 9.45 pm and im already bored of itI thought ok, lets watch the end, they are about to announce the womens winner, then said after the adverts. It has been 8 minutes so far, they can f*** off now.
I take this back... he's a complete pillock.Thierry Henry coming across as a bit of a pillock
Harry needs to stop fiddling with his blazer.
He's done himself proud with the speech to be fair.Clearly very nervous.
yeh , in his first speech especially , he was very twitchy . He's probably used to post match speeches in front of cameras, crowds etc but not like this in an arena where you can hear a pin drop (apart from some hecklers)Clearly very nervous.
They weren't as good.Deserves it, but makes me sad that Rooney, Lampard and Gerrard never won it.
Surprised he didn't go down on his way to the stage.
That was certainly noticeable to me. Are the days of standing up to greet, congratulate someone etc being standard good etitic dying off a bit though? I often notice at work younger people staying sat in their chairs when greeting and shaking hands with someone they've not met before and to me it's a terrible look but they seem to have no idea. These are often very pleasant, intelligent young people too so its not a dig.maybe im overthinking it but thought Mbappe not standing up to congratulate HK there showed a lack of class, which is one of the criteria for a ballon d'or winner

Yep, Liam Brady was Arsenal's Academy Head at the time.Six miles from Brisbane Road where he scored his first professional goal, in England’s third tier, and eight miles from Arsenal’s Hale End academy, from which he was released for being “chubby”,
Arsenal eh?
