OK Fans it is that time of the year again :wave: After two years punching above our weight we were brought right back down to earth last year, with only 95 posters even bothering to vote https://griffinpark.org/forums/showthread.php?t=47094&page=2&highlight=fever rumour is that lack of support contributed to us being knocked out by Super Mark McCammon and the gang :sad:

we scrape past Luton at the replay infront of a record crowd this season... thrash some non-league outfit in round two and live the highlife at the emirates for a day before being dismantled 10-0 by Wenger et al

I'm afraid that common sense says that Luton will knock us out. So I won't be getting cup fever unless and until we defy the odds at Kenilworth Rd.

Looks a bad draw initially but not so sure.

With the team in its current state I reckon we would do better as the underdog with our young team than cannon fodder for some non league outfit up for an upset.

Luton are only having a so so season and at least we are as good away as at home.

It would be good if we could trouser the money from a third round tie somewhere big but as this is Brentford :( I'm looking to Eastbourne Borough for my cup excitement this season but if we get past Luton and manage to get in the hat for the third round draw I'll come out from behind the sofa.

I've got cup fever and now have a pass for Luton. So that's two of us. Keep the faith. I've got a feeling that we might sneak up on them especially if we get a result tonight against Macclesfield. :hat:

Don't ask me why, but I really believe we are gonna win on Saturday. I know it defies logic. Anyway, me, KB Jnr and his mate will be there to see it.

Still got cup fever despite our loss against Macclesfield. Don't know why, really looking forawrd to the game. :bound:

Can't see anything other than a home win. Only hope is they saw our result against Macclesfield and take it easy.

I have massive cup fever, I don't think Brentford will progress past round one, but this Saturday has to be one of the best in the football calendar, and I shall look forward to seeing the day unfold with Jeff and friends :sorted:

restoring the club's pride after all the recent months of misery
