Players TB should/could sign this summer?

Well then, what "rough diamonds" from non-league are out there waiting to be polished at GP before being sold on at a massive profit ?

Which experienced heads aka journeymen will come in to guide the youngsters on the long road back to League One ?

Any of you have some decent suggestions or gossip to share in relation to this?

According to the Metro today, a certain Lloyd Owusu is uncertain of his future as a Bee.....

Simon Cox, as a striker to sign or on season-long loan from Reading?. He's been scoring for fun at Northampton & just maybe Sir Steve still has a soft-spot for the Bees

But will Simon? I think Stuart Gray is interested in him anyway so he'll stay a division above us, maybe permanently.

To those that don't like running tracks round football pitches, the Airdire Directors were telling me that Cowdenbeath have a Stock car circuit round theirs !!

At the same time as the football matches? This idea could be interesting :)

would've been better watching the cars smash into each other than watching the Bees this season...................................maybe we could've chucked a few of the time wasters inside some of the cars to add a little more fun !

Guiliano Grazioli's fallen out of favour at Barnet and would be a decent acquisition.

Dean Wells and Elliot Godfrey of Hampton are worth TB giving a look.

Nicky Bailey & Dean Sinclair, Midfielders both at Barnet. Sinclair is out of contract, not sure about Bailey although both are sure to leave in the summer. A fee/Compensation probaly making them out of our reach.

Reuben Reid, A young striker I saw for Torquay against Swindon. He's on loan from Plymouth at the moment. Big, strong, quick centre forward with a very good touch. Without doubt he's got heaps of talent, Maybe the attitude could be worked on. He's got a bit of the Thierry Henry arrogance about him..

Marvin Williams
, Millwall youngster who can play on the wing or upfront. He's came on against us at Griffin Park I believe? I saw him for Torquay too, Very quick and looks to get in behind the defence all the time. He'd be someone we could give first to football too and make a nice profit on.

Lloyd Kerry, A young midfielder from Sheffield United who was fantastic during his spell at Torquay. He's only 18/19, but he's already one of the better footballers in that division, plus he has consistency already. Good passer and know's what to do when he gets the ball. He'll probaly join Chesterfield on loan now, as he's from that way. But well worth a look as he's far superior to anyone in our midfield.

Jordan Robertson, Another who was excellent at Torquay on loan from Sheffield United and did the business for Northampton against us at GP. He'll score goals, he's young and if Northampton don't make a move for him I'd like to see him at GP.

Ryan Dickson, Left winger in the mould of Ryan Giggs. Quick, looks to hog the ball and run at defenders. Plymouth winger, Although he's possibly going to be involved with there squad next season.

Lionel Ainsworth, young winger from Derby. He won't be getting first team football for them next season im. Quick winger, he hogs the touchline and i happy to run with the ball, Not afraid of physical contact either.

Not too sure of any diamonds in Non League, Surely there's has to be more Powell's, Rowlands, Mahon's, Owusu, Sodje's etc though

Sounds good. I'm stunned Torquay didn't romp to promotion. ;) You ever considered becoming an agent?

I am very impressed with Homerbees knowledge, eventhough I have no clue how accurate his opinions are.

Simon Cox keeps Jordan Robertson out of the side.

I would not be suprised to see an influx of Scottish players next season.

Following the theme of Homerbees on Torquay:

I was down there over Easter and took in their game against Stockport. Although they were rooted to the bottom I was quite impressed with Torquays effort and the fact that they were trying to play it around (the football seemed better than we've been getting at GP recently). The player that impressed me most was David Graham who had just returned on loan from Sheffield Wednesday. He played just behind the striker, had great control and vision and was the best player on display by some distance. Mind you I had spent a couple of hours in their excellent 'Boots and laces' bar... I know it's Torquay and they are rubbish but he did seem pretty good. And he's Scottish too

all this talk about Torquay's 'top' young players/loanees..................we'll be getting there manager next which took them down............................oh yeah i forgot we've had one of them already..........................

Is this the same Dean Wells who was at Brentford a few years ago??

Hope Brooker signs...

:D

I know it probaly seems like I've overhyped them a bit, But they were generally a cut above the rest when they played. Which was unfortunately not that many times..

...Or imagine if Brentford signed Torquay's goalkeeper, With him having played in virtually played every game for them until he was released. With them stuck at the bottom of the football league.

He'd probaly be sub standard, If only because he plays for a team at the bottom of the league.

;)

Even worse, Imagine if we signed a striker from Torquay on a free transfer...

Yes. Apparently very decent player, but likes a drink.

He played against us in Pre Season for Hampton, He looked decent. But then so did Gavin Tomlin!

He's a Bees fan from what I hear!

Charlie Ide

Or is he off to wolves already :(

Dean Wells has a massive BRENTFORD tattoo all down one of his arms (can't remember which). If Allen was really wrong to let him go, wouldn't he be somewhere higher up the pyramid than Hampton & Richmond now.

Good Lithuanian striker, only 22, Ivor Lotagolsinme, plays for Inter Vaginas.

:sneakoff:

no no no to Grazioli has not scored goals for Barnet in two years.

It's asking for trouble with Reading playing us in a friendly - the place will be full of caravans before you know it! :nono:

It would be nice to get some of the ***** away from around here though?

I see the pooperscoopers are offloading a shed load of their players. Marc Bircham anyone? lol

Who are they getting rid of? You got a link?

Players TB should/could sign this summer?

I read it in the London Paper. Bircham, Gallen and a few others ....

The London Paper said:
Rangers are set to ditch 12 more players in the summer meaning they will have axed 27 of the squad that started last August. They are hoping to sell Zesh Rehman and Nick Ward and will show the door to Simon Royce and Paul Jones. Paul Furlong, Steve Lomas, Dominic Shimmin and Mauro Milanese are also set to leave. Stefan Moore will also go, as will Marc Bircham and Kevin Gallen.

Players TB should/could sign this summer?

I'd take Gallen!
His family run the football down at Acton Park and have contacts with so many young up-and-coming footballers!
