Bees sign Marcus Bean
<img src="https://griffinpark.org/images/mbean.jpg" hspace="5" align="left" alt="Marcus Bean" style="border:1px solid black">Brentford has announced that they have signed Marcus Bean following his release by Championship side Blackpool.
The 23 year old London born midfielder, who played over 50 games for QPR before heading north, becomes manager Andy Scott's third signing of the summer following the capture of Sam Wood from Bromley and Moses Ademola from Croydon Athletic.
It is also reported that the Bees have made a bid for Peterborough right back Adam Newton. With Craig Pead released, the Bees are currently light at full back and it seems that manager Scott sees the pacy ex-Hammer as the man to fill the gap.
