taken from the Non-League daily web site ;

Mark Angel was granted permission by King's Lynn to play for Cambridge United so the 29-year-old faced Gillingham, while the 30-plus brigade of defender Mark Peters and midfielders Carl Hutchings and Dave Robertson continued to boost the average age of a very young squad.

Their lunchtime buffet is very nice and good value at £6.99, all you can eat. Ivar seemed to be enjoying it. (not that I was staring, oh no.)

Looks like Marcus Bent could be on the move again, Wigan are looking to sign him. Not sure how many clubs he has had now, but good luck to him he must have made a few bob by now.

Would be a good signing for West Ham who are after a striker. Far better than Zamora.

They only have about 8 central defenders, and are really short in that department. :rolleyes: More daily Star rubbish imho. :wave:

Matt Somner is going to make his debut for Brizzle R's tonight after the FA ****ed up his registration. Interesting to see Ian Atkins liken him to Claude Makele. If that's not setting him up for a fall, I don't know what is.

Re: News Of Ex-bees

According to todays paper he has been given a free transfer, therefore if he could work a pay off deal with Forest, his next sort after wage may not be anywhere near what he's currently on. Its a similar situation to Owusu now imho.
However I'm not sure MA would want him now,, had it been 2 months ago pre Newman & Skullasson signings, he mat well have considered him.
