My Flag was stolen after the game v Sweden in Kiev, along with many others.

Local Dynamo Kiev fans are thought to have taken loads from stewards as ' Souveniers'

I had a text from a Chesterfield Fan who is now in Donestk, who I thought had retrieved my flag, but it is not mine.

Anybody know any other Bees fans missing their flag ?

Also if you spot mine or hear anything re mine, please let me know.

You should always have your name hidden somewhere, me old mum use to turn the sleeves of my parker inside out and write my name, she swore by it, and i never lost it :sorted:

I bet your mum also stiched your gloves to a bit of string on the sleeves of your duffle coat aswell ???? PS Maybe a few hands need to be cropped so as they dont steal anymore

Kiev fans taking from stewards rather than England fans = bunch of chickens.

I'd be heartbroken if I lost mine - been everywhere including Sydney for the Ashes.

Like as has been suggested above - the FA should ask how this allowed to happen! Hope you get it back soon mate.

I heard about this - our biggest flag wasn't on show last night due to the fears about it being stolen as a souvenir. Seems to happen quite alot round Europe - remember Feyenoord always used to have aUnion Jack in one of the corners of their stadium

Disgraceful. Would not happen in England but other countries are so bloody corrupt, they get away with anythig. The FA should bloody well do something about this, we're no longer 'on the back foot' due to the behaviour of our fans. It should be made public what a thieving bunch of ba5tard5 they are.

indeed, there should be some English Stewards looking after own fans with these flags :(

if its the stewards that were stealing them then the Ukranian FA should be held responsible as its their staff,if that was here there'd be uproar.

Just like this inquiry into England fans "over" celebrating an important goal against Sweden,while theres been non stop widespread daily trouble between eastern europeans throught the tournament.****ers just sit there waiting on a chance to lay into England in any shape or form

I'm not blaming the stewards at all, anyone that was at the game in Kiev will tell you they added to the 'atmosphere'
They took my flag and placed it with all the others on the track.
Not heavy handed at all and were helping fans back up into the stand.
They were laughing and taking photos.
At the end of the game everyone stayed for a singsong for a good half an hour, during that time the stewards unwittingly were giving the flags back to people they thought were the owners.
On Englandfans website now up to about 20 that went missing in action !
Might see it during a Dynamo Kiev game ??? !!!

wouldnt it just be handy to get all recovered Brentford flags sent to the Club,making it easier for the owwners to pick up

My Flag is still missing !!

However good news for owners of 'Essex Bees' Brentford Flag, as the Chesterfield Fan that contacted me thinking it was mine, is back home and has it.

Does anybody know who's it is ?

thats awful HemelBee, I really hope you get your flag back, just an idea but could try contacting the relevant authorities in Kiev, there cant be too many giant brentford flags around the area, it is after all theft and therefore a criminal act

best of luck, would you like me to make a new one for you? asda are selling massive george crosses for £1.25 if youre interested
