Football League Games moved for Sky TV - 2015 / 2016 Season

I thought we could use this thread to post all confirmed Sky games as and when they are announced
=====================================

No Details have been confirmed but there is a new Tv Deal starting in August
Under the Old deal there were
75 fixtures shown on Sky Sports.
55 from the championship, 20 combined from Leagues 1 and 2.

The New Deal has 112 Games
No Details of the Split of Championship games with Leagues 1 and 2

But there is a very good chance of midweek games being on TV for first time as Sky have no Champions League

Any ideas when we'll know whether the Ipswich and sh*tty games are being moved?

Wasn't there a rule in place in previous years that prevented TV companies broadcasting domestic games live on the same night as Champions League action was taking place? Certainly at Premier league level.

Maybe I'm imagining it...

The UEFA crackdown is definitely for Top Leagues who can't even play a match even if it is not televised

I have noticed that Capital One Cup ties are not on Sky on the Tuesday 11 Aug as UEFA super Cup on that night

So maybe UEFA will refuse Championship games on TV on CL nights

Can't see sky listening to them if they want to show them they will

Completely under Sky's radar!

Leeds win with 3 (4 if you include the cup), 2 each for Nott F, Burnley, Middlesbrough, Wolves, Derby.

Five Championship teams not represented - Bees, Cardiff, Charlton, MKD, Bristol C.

Nothing announced for Saturday 15th - that could kill two from that list :)

Actually quite surprised as the Bristol game on the 15th is an obvious fixture - could it be that the state of the ground means Sky are leaving this one open a little longer? City aren't happy especially as Rovers get a game.

Looks that way but Bristol City away could still get moved as they haven't announced a game for that day yet.

So now we know the reason for the non selection

Sat Aug 15th is Villa v Man u

Sky have managed to switch it to a Friday night

Now that is sorted they should now be able to pick the Sat lunchtime game for the Championship on Aug 15th

That move has nothing to do with sky though - that game was moved o police advice due to the EDL having run on Birmingham on the 16th.

Yes I know but I think Sky were still talking to police when they announced the initial live games last week

It's worth setting up a free account with www.followthatpage.com which is a page tracking website, and pointing your account to the FL TV games webpage. Then you get an email alert whenever the list gets updated.

Strange as I wiuld have thought that the Bees / Ipswich game was a cert for tv. Seeing as both clubs were beaten play - off semi finalists last season.

Do you know if Sky are limited to 3 Championship games per weekend? They have announced 2 for Sat 15 Aug and 1 for Sunday 16th Aug, so can we presume that there won't be a game on the Friday and that our game in Bristol will be Saturday 3pm?

Another Derby and Leeds match for good measure

Football League Games moved for Sky TV - 2015 / 2016 Season

Only 3 teams not confirmed on TV so far - Charlton, Bristol C and us.

4 each for Forest, Leeds (+1 in cup), 3 for Burnley, Birmingham, QPR, Wolves, Derby

Sky are no longer displaying the Preston/Middlesbrough match on the 9th on their list but assume this is an oversight as they can't have removed it

Our Sept fixtures aren't the most attractive though unlike one the following month.

Looks like UEFA have banned midweeks

That is ALL for Sept and Oct so you can now book trains to
Bristol
Burnley
Leeds
Middlesbrough

But not yet to
Derby
Blackburn
Bolton

Sky definitely suggested they would show games on Champions League nights. So seems odd that they have backtracked.

Looks like we will be Channel 5's featured game more than once in the period. Absolutely certain that the Ipswich game will be one of those. Cue dozens of people asking where they can view the stream.

I thought I read that every Championship game would have the ability to be the feature game without pre planning. Basically more cameras, which I assume at ER will be the remote control one rather than taking my terrace spot.
