Glory Hunters - where the F*** are you now???

Home leg sales - 3300

Away leg sales - 400

Pathetic, if you're waiting until the result of first leg is over before buying the home leg ticket, I hope you dont get one. Fans like you we can do without.

As a BU member but not ST holder I can't get a ticket yet. As there are no internet or phone sales and I can't get to GP so as to get a ticket, I'm totally out of luck. But I'm probably alone in this.

I admit away leg sales are poor, but i'm sure we have less than 3300 ST holders, so seeing as ST holders only have been able to buy tickets so far, it's not bad, is it?

Glory Hunters - where the F*** are you now???

BC, although I agree with you, the Home leg figure is due to 2 tickets per ST and is probably on par with where it should be at the moment.
The away figure is a joke but was always going to be.

Glory Hunters - where the F*** are you now???

ST can buy two per ticket, so even some of our ST holders cant be bothered to support Martin and the team. PATHETIC.

As for others that cant buy yet, understand that, I hope I have to apologise to the GPG for my outburst on Thursday morning, when ticket sales are much, much better.

If people are waiting for the first leg result, I repeat again, I hope you dont get a ticket ever again for any Brentford match. Loyalty like yours is more deserving elsewhere, you're not wanted here.

Most ST holders sit with other friends who are also ST holders, so they might not necessarily require 2 tickets.

Glory Hunters - where the F*** are you now???

Yet we always seem to have loads of ST's saying, my mate aint a ticket holder BLAH BLAH BLAH.

Ticket sales so far are PATHETIC.

Glory Hunters - where the F*** are you now???

I looked after myself only this time round having been stitched up by a few of our less loyal supporters a few times this season.

And some may have already purchased for their mate without a ticket. From memory, we have just short of 2K season ticket holders, so that would suggest more than 1K have purchased 2 tickets as they are not yet on general sale. :fishing:

Just out of interest how many have you purchased? :fishing:

C'mon Brick. Bit harsh! Have a look later. You know GP will be sold out on Mon.

ST holders or not, who cares? Least I can get my 'Glory Hunter' tickets!

Glory Hunters - where the F*** are you now???

Dont get me started about the Glory Hunters again I've been saying this for months and months do people believe me now ?

Glory Hunters - where the F*** are you now???

can i get a home ticket with an away leg stub? ?

Glory Hunters - where the F*** are you now???

Do agree, but seeing as the away leg is on a thur night it will be difficult for most to go due to work and other reasons, dont worry we will get a result up there and will bring them back to a packed out griffin park they will have sold out their 3000 tickets soon so if 3-4000 have been sold in home areas that already makes around 7000 and the tickets havent gone on general sale yet so dont worry we will sell out and those that travel north will sing their hearts out.
keep the faith uurrrrrreeeddddssssssssss

I have three S/T's in my name and I purchased six home leg tickets on Saturday before we knew when or who we were playing :sorted:

Surely you are some kind of member  Cant imagine the Club will turn you down and so I look forward to you confirming BEFORE the away leg that you have indeed purchased the home leg ticket :sorted:

Glory Hunters - where the F*** are you now???

i can't get mine before the away leg - not got an ST, can't get to GP tomorrow and going to Hillsborough thursday so can't get there then either. Probably won't be able to get there fri either, so will have to interrupt my well-deserved hungover lie-in to get down there saturday. What say you to that? :fishing:

and i was worrying brookie would be sold out by then...

Glory Hunters - where the F*** are you now???

So If I take my father, who hasn't been for a few games, to Cardiff (PMA). Does that make him some evil bandwagon bloke?

Despite the fact that he has probably been to more away games than most posters on here?

Understand to a certain extent the away sales, personally I think the Club/Lifeline or whoever, should have laid on coaches for £5, however, once in a lifetime chance maybe to see Martin and this team who have done us proud this season in away leg play off action, worth going the extra mile I think :sorted:

Home leg is no excuse. Should be sold out BEFORE the away leg even starts

Glory Hunters - where the F*** are you now???

i love these night games without the fairweathers complaining about swearing, smiling, pushing, shoving, singing, dancing, muling and puking, drinking, smoking, shouting, f**king and fighting. let em watch it at home i say! will be a superb atmosphere even if we only take 1,000.

You'd manage it if it was some concert you really wanted to see though, wouldnt you...

Glory Hunters - where the F*** are you now???

As tickets go on general sale on thursday, there are no doubt many who will purchase after the result. However not by choice, but because they can't.

I have mine BTW. :sorted:

I truly cannot afford to go to the away leg, but I refuse to feel guilty and as a BU member will be getting my ticket for the home leg first thing tomorrow. I am as loyal as my life can afford at this moment in time.

Glory Hunters - where the F*** are you now???

If it was Thursday and I had to be at work 8:30sharp Friday and there was no good method home late that night. No, I'd be unable to go to Sheffield.

Maybe they're playing a gig further south during the tour?

i'm no kind of member. i paid £15 to bees united a couple of times but don't think that counts as being a member of it? :mad2:

i'd see the bees over any concert - but cheers for the assumption :sorted:

to be fair, i'd forgotten my plans to make myself late for work tomorrow and thursday to get down BFC at 8am for tickets - i hope these plans have elevated me back on to a suitable level of brentford fan for you...

the fact i have to make myself late for work kinda emphasises that poor sales are partially a fault of the club's ticketing arrangements - i can't imagine i'm that unique....

calm down brickie, imagine the extra leg room if we only take 400. :bound: :bound: :bound:

Glory Hunters - where the F*** are you now???

Purchased 2 for the away leg and 6 for the home game this morning Brickie - And did that from 5800 miles away from Griffin Park

Glory Hunters - where the F*** are you now???

Agree with Brickie where the feck are you all now usless tossers.

Boston if you can not make it to Brentford to gain a ticket for Thursdays match I will be happy to purchase you one and give you my mobile number for you to collect on thursday evening at Sheffield?

Glory Hunters - where the F*** are you now???

At this rate, we won't even take 1000 to Hillsborough. I'm sure everyone has their reasons, but FFS, this is embarrassing.

Glory Hunters - where the F*** are you now???

I thought their O/S said we'd sold 1000 tickets by this AM ?

Glory Hunters - where the F*** are you now???

what exactly are you guys moaning about here? why not get on sky's back for arranging a northern game at short notice on a weekday night? it'd be nice to have a higher turnout but it's already about 5 times as many as bothered for the league match, and the home match will doubtless see an increase in attendance from the league match too...

As I've said on another thread, BFC have/had sold less than 400 a couple of hours ago. So **** knows where SWFC have their figures from

Anyone remember going to Tranmere that time in the play-offs, what was our support again, 2500 wasnt it...

Yes, but was it not a friday night with more than 4 days notice? :fishing:

I agree with you, I got knocked for saying 500 max as Thursday means fewer kids and therefore fewer Dads and so on. We took around 2k for the league game last season and made some right royal noise. Thursday night is a sh!t night for a journey up the M1 and back with the usual commitments still there on Friday.

Glory Hunters - where the F*** are you now???

if we could book by phone i bet that would help sales for both legs....

Glory Hunters - where the F*** are you now???

I hope the players are more comitted on Thursday evening :(

Cant understand how any one would want to miss going to a ground like Sheff Weds with nearly 30,000 home fans for a night game, I simply cant. Maybe I live in the past too much, remember football before Murdoch and Sky ruined it :(

Come and join me on the party bus people

Work the next day is no excuse :nono: there will be hundreds of bleary eyed bees sitting at their desks on Friday morn... :zzzzz:

Glory Hunters - where the F*** are you now???

No matter what the situation, there always seems to be infighting between Bees fans.

Thursday is going to be a cracking evening...Me, Gabs and Chiswick Bee have taken Thurday and Friday off.

Nice trip to Sheff, beers beforehand, ex-girlfriend in the home end, on the lash in town after the game and then home.

All those who can, get there.

I can understand frustrations with a poor away following especially as all 3 of us had to scrabble around for home end tickets for the Saints game, but can't we all just be friends for once?

:imwith: Come on guys and girls, if you want the likes of Leeds, QPR, Watford, Reading, Southampton, West Ham, Crystal Palace etc. etc. etc. down at Griffin Park next year you need to get up to Sheffield and shout your heads off for the boys in Red & White. They can do this, but not on their own!!!

Not sure that we had that many at Tramnere. They did not give us the end, just stuck us in part of one side. More like 1500 I recall.
My tickets for Sheffield came through this morning in post and are both marked "post in view"! If the end holds a few thousand and we have a few hundred it will be interesting to see if any jobs worth stewards insist that we watch the game with a post in view!

Nor can I but those who are there will be giving it 100% on the vocals.

Anyone who is undecided, go with the heart and suffer a blurry Friday.

!

so who's going to turn up then ? a couple of hundred die hard internet nerds or a few thousand people who can only make a dozen or so games a season?

Isn't it about time this web site drew up an examination paper to test the loyalties of people that go to Griffin park ?

Mind you, i wouldn't read it. I have a life thanks.
