GPG not in GMT Summer time ?
Your pc, I think. The GPG looks to be four and a half hours behind Delhi, so I reckon it's on BST.

Go to "My Settings" --> "Edit Options"
Make sure you have "DST Correction Option:" set to "Automatically Detect DST Settings". If you don't select that option and save it. If you do - select another option and save it and then revert it back and save it again.
