Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Only if you went. Banana was watching  and he knows everyone

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

1st. Shakes
2nd. Sankofa
3rd. Elder

Thank you

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Has to be Hamer as he was faultless but plaudits to Sankofa, Heywood, Osborne and Shakes too

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Shakes was brialliant, don't think he stopped moving all night and his reaction won us the penalty and the game.

However Hamer was the main man tonight, caught everything and made a few saves which defied belief, gets my vote.

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Has to be Hamer. How many outstanding saves did he make throughout the game! And them how many routine ones! And how much did the second goal and the final whistle mean to him in front of the fans!

Mentions for Elder, working on his own in the second half, and Sankofa

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Some outstanding performances tonight in a game we spent mostly under the cosh. Osborne was brilliant, so was Sankofa, but Hamer had his best game for us IMHO, so he gets my vote.

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Hamer, just cos he had so much to do and did it all well.

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

There can be only one........

Ben Hamer.

In the first half was the only man from defence to emerge with any credit.
Kept us in the game when we should have been at least a couple down.

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

easy... hamer
he kept us in the game. absolutely outstanding!
...time wastes a bit too much though, in injury time i understand, but 20 minutes before the end is a bit ridiculous

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Shakes was really our key man when we went down to ten.

MOM first half Hammer

MOM second half Shakes...

Tight one, go for Shakes as he won the pen and tireless running.

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Hamer was outstanding today easily MoM in my eyes, however Shakes played well so congrates to him too!

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Like to give it to Shakes as in his own way he made a real difference, but it would seem churlish not to give it to Hamer, his finest game for us so far.

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Hamer had a great game and pulled off some fine saves. He really looks the part now and looks as though he's enjoying himself and enjoying playing for Our Club. He gets my vote.

Shakes had probably his best game for us so far.

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Shakes for me. Only outfield player who had credit in the first half hour and keeps going the full 90. Getting better each game.

Hamer was superb too.

Sankofa looks very assured.

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Went for Hamer but thought Elder played really well on his own up front in the second half

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Hamer was outstanding and kept us in it at important times with the 2 saves from the headers and having his wits about him to keep out Carews cheeky free kick round the wall but i go for Shakes because his work rate tonight was exceptional.

IF he always had the confidence to beat a man (because there are times when he gives the impression that he's unsure) and IF he believed that he could shoot he would be superb. As it is, even with his limitations, he's given us his all and for his non-stop endeavour and tackling to win the ball back he has to get my M.O.M.

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Shakes but Hamer, Dickson, Stone and Sankofa were all good and Poole got the goals as well.

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

has to be hamer...plaudits to heywood again

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

hamer.. great saves , we could of been 3 down, before we scored...

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Hamer was top notch but I thought Elder was brilliant up front on his jack and ran himself into the ground for the cause last night :sorted:

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Shakes for me. He worked so hard for the team going forward and also did some great defensive stuff.

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

My vote goes to Hamer made some great saves....... :sorted:

Barnet could have been 4-0 up and game over, in the first half, but for Hamer last night!

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Hamer, Premiership quality :sorted:

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

I went for Shakes....Hamer has got this poll won, and possibly deservedly, so I wanted to recognise the Shakes...

Great effort last night, and he didnt milk it either....................:sneakoff:

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Close one really for me. A toss up between Hamer and Shakes. Although I thought Sankofa and Stone played well.

Hamer - Some absolute amazing saves. He is one fine player.

Shakes - Did not give up all night and was still chasing down at full pace in the 94th minute.

Shakes just gets it for me. :sorted:

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Shakes for me, just ahead of Hamer & Elder.

:bound: Go Ricky :bound:

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Hamer put on a goalkeeping clinc Good saves, held the ball well, organised the defence, and on a couple of occassions, came out of the area very well to mop up as a sweeper.

Faultless, I felt.

We were weakest in central midfield, which meant we didn't control the game nearly as much as we should. That number 7 for them was very, very good. If they had a striker, they'd be a decent side!

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

the keeper was superb and he had to be too, they were all over us, a real smash and grab raid, I LOVE IT!!!!!

(that f**ham c**t did his best to lose it for us though - "NINE MEN, WE ONLY NEED NINE MEN!!!")

they normally have puncheon.. but apparently his 'car broke down'
sounds like another emmanuel. apparently he's annoyed he didnt get a transfer out of underhill

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Hamer made some fantastic saves, and with all of those saves, would've earned us a draw, but it was Shakes who got us the win, Ricky BY FAR was the most outstanding of an outstanding TEAM performance... well done Bees

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Poole for me, closely followed by Hamer
Big mention for Ricky though- he's getting better every week.
And Matty Heywoods putting in the work for GPG player of the season

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Hamer, kept us in it until his colleagues could get us ahead.

Yep. What he said. :)

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Hamer was easily MOTM
but im suprise dthat no one has voted for Stone
he was awsome yesterday

Stone was simply awful for 35 mins last night....got better as the game went on...

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Hamer, brilliant performance.
2nd place to Ricky Shakes for his tireless work-rate.

The little Barnet oik in the number 10 shirt, should be severely reprimanded by his mum and sent straight to bed without his mug of cocoa.

Man of the Match v Barnet (a)

Has to be Hamer for me... Shakes was pure effort but Hamer was pure quality, at least 3 world class saves kept us from defeat.. :sorted:
