Dickson?

Right Back?

Maybe someone should tell them he's not with us anymore.

Michael Spillane (Cambridge City manager)

He's very decent on Football Manager 2010 if that helps

I've just got back from training ground and when i arrived shortly after 2 nice new'ish cars turned so i thought oh hold on.....

The pair, one i can confirm after reading the other thread is Michael Spillane
The other chap was an half cast lad.
Both lads were gretted by Charlie Mc... and they seemed to get on well so maybe Charlie can help the sell the club to these pair....wonder who the other lad was tho.....

Spillane personalised no. plate ended in NKY...... at the time i was thinking which player had them initials. He had a strapping around one of his knee / calf.

So thats one signing wonder who the second is....

I would imagine a transfer fee would be involved as he is contract I believe runs until April 2011 and is under 24?

Why would Michael Spillane have a personalised number plate ending NKY? Am I missing something? More like Nicky I would have thought!

Michael Spillane (Cambridge City manager)

Thats what I thought maybe it was Forster but it werent.

Yeah actually I just come to tihkn it probably was Hudson the other guy forgot we signed him ha

Could it not just have been a numeber plate that ended NKY and wasn't in anyway personalised. Unless of course it was P1 NKY and his best mate Perky. lol

Your right.Imagin a back four of

Spillane, Ronnie Kray, Reggie Kray, Al Capone

Michael Spillane (Cambridge City manager)

Nah it was personalised on a new spanking BMW 5 series white / black alloys lush

Norwich supporting mate of mine seems to rate him...

"I'd be diappointed to see him go. Very useful player mate. Can play rb, cb, or cm. Would do a great job in league 1. Would have played more for us I think if he wasn't injured. "

Just had a txt from my cousin who is a narrrwch fan. He is suprised he is going but they have just signed 2 defenders. Very good player and has played more as centre back than right back. Lets hope it happens :)

Michael Spillane (Cambridge City manager)

:D this personalised plate has caused me much amusement on this thread

Never have so many rumours been formed on 3 letters on a personalised number plate. (which probaly belongs to nicky forster!) lol

Yep, Norwich fans seem to rate Spillane as a versatile young talent. Had injury problems last year, thus the 16 games

could be a loan i guess ?

At this stage of the Pre-season/Season? Also AS has said he wants to rely less on loanees. I think this would be a permanent deal if it's on at all.

Would be a good signing for us. He played in the game at our pace didnt he?

You can be born anywhere and play for Ireland ;)

I believe a similar principle has been used to great effect by France and more recently Germany...I'm not bitter

BTD I'm sure you weren't intending it but this description of someone's identity has been considered offensive by many (including me) for a long time. It is defined as such in most dictionaries. Thanks.

Michael Spillane (Cambridge City manager)

^^ Yeah didint mean to offend no one.
I saw him get out of the car alongside and same time as Spillane, only way i could describe him ;)

"mixed race" is, i believe, the socially acceptable term.
