We're gonna need a new plan A.![]()
If we sold him, it would show the club had no ambition at all, I thought with the new set up it would stop us from selling our tops players.

Trouble is things like this may turn his head or affect his form which he is only just regaining. As NB says we will see. I know he can be frustrating but I wouldn't want to lose him either.
Hang on, aren't Sheffield Wednesday...
a. Up north
b. in our division
c. Chasing promotion like us?
Be a strange career move if he wanted to go there.
He's better off developing for another season or so with us and then going.

If you change (A) to down south and replace Sheffield weds with southhampton then TA DAAAA..Dickson![]()
Headless chicken, easily knocked off the ball, bottles a tackle, no consistancy with final ball, lacks skill/trickery. Bite their hands off if they make an offer.
I really can't see this happening. Myles signed an improved contract just a while a go and showed his intent to stay. I know players heads can be turned, but Sheffield Wed are hardly a catch anymore and was in danger of folding just a few of months ago. Offers of 500k and upwards are going to stretch them IMO.
I think you are forgetting the Mandaric factor, buy relatively low, build them up and get them up a divsion and sell high or higher. He's flexing his muscle this Jan window, I think they've got 4 in already.
Mandaric may be a right fecker but he does this well.
If Myles goes (for say £500k :boundthen we can get Feeney of Bournemouth, along with Robinson and Pearce, for the same cash IMO! !
Make it so MB.............

Sorry mate which Robinson and Pearce?
Needing a new plan A is not necessarily a bad thing!
Myles is one of our top players, regardless of form at points this season, but a sale of around £500k could allow for an adequate replacement and a 20 goal striker IMO.
Not the same though, Dickson is a south coast boy, was out of contract and Southampton ambitious club, Myles wanted to move south, has just signed an improved contract and Sheff Weds have only just come out of admin and I don't think any more chance of promotion than us this season.
The Bournemouth trioThey were the No.11 Feeney, No.8 Robinson and the No.5 Pearce

I doubt very much whether Alan Irvine was sitting with a mug of tea on Monday night and thought "hang on a moment , who's this ......"
Myles has just signed a new contract. Is there a fee which if offered triggers a release clause?
IMO Sheff Weds are a bigger club than us and have a more realistic chance of going up this season than we do.
Yep, a whole 2 points better off.
Squad wise (if you take a look) they are ahead in terms of quality, experience and depth.

So are they under performing or are we over performing?
