Good performance all round new bloke took his goals well. Bean man of the match for his combative around display. Only disappointment was Lees slow distribution which I think he many have been hooked at half time for.

Long way to go before the season is back on track but it's a start

In all seriousness, fantastic performance. New striker is exactly what we need.

Some great performances there-Dean stood out fo me.

Good performances throughout. Saunders was great tonight but Berahino gets the headlines for his goals.

Very impressed with his second. Jockeyed the defender and struck it over the keeper from just inside the box.

We out fought and outplayed Carlisle in every department. If we can perform like that consistently we will have a good chance of making the play offs. Berahino looks class.

Looked dangerous. Like the diamond shaped midfield which suits some of the players. Dean, Boswell and Logan all excellent, Douglas & saunders stood out & berahino looks quick with superb technique. Very happy bunny!

If we can get Berahino on loan til season end then anything's possible. Good performance and can't see Alexander starting from now on.

After twenty minutes of evenly matched play, the first goal - a Harlee Dean header from a Saunders cross - clearly gave the Bees confidence and goals two and three followed quickly. The second a well placed shot close in from Saunders , after Donaldson had been fouled in the area, the third a brilliantly taken shot from an unmarked Berahino from a pin point Logan cross.
Carlisle went to pieces after the first goal and started their usual fouling game but the Bees had their tails up and battled hard for every ball.
The fourth was a Premiership quality run and curling finish from Berahino.
Excellent performances from Saunders and Berahino. Donalson did well after Gary Alex was injured and subbed with Berahino - good hold up play, worked hard, some good unselfish passes - but alas no goal .
Logan and Bidwell did well (good crosses and sound defending) and Bean and Dave worked very hard, challenging for every ball.

Brilliant performance - very proud of of all the lads.

I was working tonight during the game, but got to watch most of it on the TV. Thanks to their sh*t keeper, and a decent performance from us. Every time i think we can kick and build from this, our next three games are the make or break of our season, realistically we need nine points. COYR!

Saunders was fantastic tonight. He looked very classy indeed. The diamond really suits him. At last, we have a striker who can make his own chances and finish like a dream! :):):)

The bees put on an excellent show today. Saw the grit we had been missing and the desire to win it in the final third. Berahino in particular took the chances when given and is quite clearly going to be fundemental if we want to push for the play offs. We were capitalising on their mistakes as well as a good performance from us but capitalising is something we often let go but today every single one of them had there heads up and put in a good shift.

I've only seen the Bee's on TV this season and both times they've looked superb. Dunno what all the moanings about... :wave:

If we don't make the play-offs, but we get a fair few more performances like that, I'll be happy. It means more that I can say that after we haven't just lost ;) But if we can get us playing like that on a consistent basis, this season won't be a failure.

Fantastic performance, great second half, shame we couldn't turn it into a 5th goal but if that's my criticism that's not really a bad thing ;)

One question though, and maybe those who watched it on Sky will know more. What were the injuries that Alexander and Lee sustained? Were they serious (didn't seem it, Alex walked off unassisted and Lee stayed till half time). But did they elaborate for the cameras?

He is already on loan till May 31st! Let's hope there's no recall clause in the deal!

I have a feeling he's going to miss a game or two as he'll be with the England U-19's I believe some time soon.

were right back there in the mix now-our next few games (and equally Stevenages-I honestly believe its a fight between us two now) are crucial.

On camera the commentators said Lee was suffering from a stomach upset. I didn't catch the Alexander substitution - was away making tea - but later the commentators were talking about a trapped nerve. Hope it wasn't that.

Excellent performance tonight, best 90 mins this season. Sam was superb in the middle and Bean and Tourmani really played well. The best news is we've found a strike partnership, Clayton and Berahino looked top class, their pace and control is going to scare the life out of defenders. On tonights showing anything is possible !!

Everyone did their bit and couldn't ask for more.
Really good goals from the new guy & good to see Dean score hes first goal.

Could of passed it alot better at times, but id take that if we win 4-0 everytime.

We won 4-0 and some of the kettle crew seem disappointed. Great night to be at GP. Berahino looked great and our general movement was good.

I was outside after the game and saw GA limping out and overheard him saying to a friend of his that he got a knock on the hip which was causing him some pain.

So Alexander goes off and young Berahino almost scores a hat trick. He really looked the part I must say, although I thought Beanie had a great game too. But the play that set up Berahino's first goal was really superb - Dave dug in really deep, won a tackle, put it over to Logan on the right who put in a sweet crossfield pass which came off the defender perfectly for him to slam into the back of the net. And his second was really beautifully swerved and lifted over poor Collin front of the Ealing Road. Great night at GP, a really excellent performance. Well done Uwe!

It's not as if Carlisle were poor, they weren't. They seemed well organised and moved the ball well. It's just that we were better!
Excellent spirit, everyone wanted it tonight and they played for each other.

We played well could of easily scored 7-8.

Had a dinner arranged tonight with Faversham Town Football club months ago, thinking we only play on Tuesdays anyway. Normally as a season ticket holder always see every game. Gutted that the pub didn't have Sky but arranged for my nephew to text me when we scored. Great evening seeing those texts when the goals went in. Can't wait for the next home game with postponements etc.

I agree, the look a good side, movement was good, players seemed decent. It just seemed after our first two goals they gave up a bit, and same after we got the 4th.

They weren't in the second half at all but that was because of us rather than them being bad, ala Wycombe.

Some of you lot make me laugh. Anyway for anyone interested with the "our home record is sh*t" opinion, our goals for total at home this year in the league has only been bettered by 4 teams in League 1.

Can't wait until we lose or draw next, will it be Uwe out again, everything is sh*t.
