What, where someone says without any reference “it seems Fifa have relaxed the rules”?

Yeah I saw someone post that but not seen any reference to official rule changes. If the rule has changed then fair enough. I know it’s sometimes possible to play for a third club if their next season starts before ours finishes e.g MLS but Süper Lig runs alongside English football.

Hence my confusion. Expected him to move on eventually, but figured it would be the summer so he can go and play football. If there’s been some change to the rules then it make sense.

He can’t play for them this season can he? :confused:
