Club's Offer to Premium Seats Holders and Season Tickets Holders

The “what fans want - access to the Bees” is the worst sound bite since “we think that’s fair”

Club's Offer to Premium Seats Holders and Season Tickets Holders

Everyone's circumstances will be different. I'll probably opt to defer as that way the club will keep the money (though will obviously be short next season) and I'm not fussed by ifollow. If we're in the promotion race the bulk of the games at the business end of the season will end up on Sky...

Club's Offer to Premium Seats Holders and Season Tickets Holders

While this is true, the rhetoric should've been toned down. All through lockdown they continued to push the "secure your seat for the historic" first season narrative when it was abundantly clear by the that point that games would at the very least be restricted. While it's the case that fans...

Gove on BBC breakfast confirming that the 1 October return has been scrapped.

Club's Offer to Premium Seats Holders and Season Tickets Holders

It is terribly sad. The club has also created this problem for itself. It should’ve suspended ST sales in March but instead it carried on promoting and selling tickets either ignorant of or completely disregarding the fact it was flogging a product it would never be able to deliver.

Club's Offer to Premium Seats Holders and Season Tickets Holders

I’m not sure whether the ‘pilots’ will continue but it’s probably safe to say stadiums won’t be reopening at 30% capacity from 1 October as planned. 1,000 might be the best we can hope for and many clubs, us included, may well decide that’s not worth the hassle.

Club's Offer to Premium Seats Holders and Season Tickets Holders

More or less what was going to be offered for us but a “rolling refund” as opposed to a deferral. Poor.

Same here. But doing so shouldn't exclude you from getting the chance to see games at LR this season on the off chance that fans be allowed in.

Club's Offer to Premium Seats Holders and Season Tickets Holders

In effect the club is asking you whether you want to gamble against the virus. If you cash in your chips you can defer until next season and in theory you’re not better or worse off. Or you can gamble and get the chance of going to the first game with fans at LR or end up with basically nothing...

Club's Offer to Premium Seats Holders and Season Tickets Holders

Let’s not the forget that the club also - shamelessly IMO - continued selling STs throughout the pandemic when it was plain to anyone that they were flogging a product they wouldn’t be able to deliver. Many clubs had the decency to halt ST sales. Furthermore, I know of one wealthy individual...

Club's Offer to Premium Seats Holders and Season Tickets Holders

Absolutely agree. The club knew this was coming. To leave it unresolved until after the start of the season is pathetic. Everyone went on about how JV was ‘one of our own’ when he was appointed but I’ve seen absolutely nothing from him that inspires any confidence so far.

Club's Offer to Premium Seats Holders and Season Tickets Holders

@Banana said the offer was as per @englANDbee’s post i.e ifollow and possibility of attending games this season deferral until next but forfeiting the possibility of attending games this season?

Club's Offer to Premium Seats Holders and Season Tickets Holders

so we’re in effect being asked to gamble on whether matches get played this season in front of fans and if they don’t we’ve paid up £700 for an ifollow pass and nothing else.
