    Chelsea (H) Saturday 16th October 17:30

Thanks - see it now. I was refreshing the 'Home tickets' page because, well, they are, but they only showed up on the 'Home' page rather than that, in classic glitchy ticketing site style ... So if anyone else is having this issue, click on 'Home' rather than 'Home tickets'.

Had the email saying they were avilable at 2pm today but still not seeing anything in my ticketing account as of 2.10pm - same for others?

    iFollow Mutual Help Thread

I'd appreciate some help folks. My son (aged 15) has an ST; I don't. He's therefore been receiving emails to his account with the iFollow codes for matches. However, when he went to register for iFollow at the start of the season it said you needed to be 18. OK, no problem, I open an account in...

Tarkowski Refusal to Play - Not Available for Leeds Game

His value, sadly for us, has diminished because it's obvious that the Club needs to offload him.

    Man of the Match v Fulham (A) - 12.12.15

Yet another Jake vote. The easiest MoM decision I think I've ever voted in.

Play Off Dates - Friday 8 May (Home) & Friday 15 May (Away)

Honestly, of all the problems associated with that %^&*ing £$%^ing website, this is the nadir. Absolutely appalling. Early purchases default to Print at Home. But no barcode PDFs are attached. People assume they will be sent separately. But they are not. Do those affected get a follow-up email...

Play Off Dates - Friday 8 May (Home) & Friday 15 May (Away)

In the same boat as others here. My and son's ST seats bought early with Print at Home. Then day later bought another seat for someone, selecting Post having seen the problems with Print. Latter single ticket arrived today. First two didn't. So from reading the above, and my experience, it...

    2015-16 Season Tickets

Must admit the first thing I do when the site does the usual is check in here. I'll habitally find twenty others in the same boat, which is simultaneously exasperating and reassuring.

    2015-16 Season Tickets

That's right. Mads is fantastic but she spends half her life having to bail people out of situations created by poor functionality of the ticket site.

    2015-16 Season Tickets

From experience I would simply wait for them to sort it out. It always seems to take 24/48 hours and scores of exasperated calls before things work as they should.

    2015-16 Season Tickets

It is by a margin the most error-strewn site I have ever encountered. What frustrates me is that when it went live, and trying to be constructive and helpful to a club I have supported for over forty years, and know to have some excellent people behind the scenes, I wrote a long and courteous...

    2015-16 Season Tickets

It's the same old story. The most glitch-prone website on the planet. (When I go to renew it just takes me to my personal details page.) I've learned that with absolutely every aspect of that site, it pays to wait a day for several hundred people to ring them and shout before it gets sorted out...

Play Off Dates - Friday 8 May (Home) & Friday 15 May (Away)

(They changed it once they realised there was a problem. Early bookers were defaulted to Print at Home.) Situation now as Dorking Bee reported. Website has today changed to say: 'Buy tickets online - seven days a week, 24 hrs a day - due to issues with Print at home tickets, tickets bought...

Play Off Dates - Friday 8 May (Home) & Friday 15 May (Away)

Many thanks Dorking Bee, there's the answer for the many of us in that boat. (I love the face-saving "fans selecting Print at Home" etc - until they realised the problem the system was defaulting to Print at Home. It's commercially silly, as the extra postage costs won't be negligible.)

Play Off Dates - Friday 8 May (Home) & Friday 15 May (Away)

I'm in the same boat, receipt says print at home but no pdfs/barcodes attached. Plenty of us it seems, which is a kind of reassurance. Presumably the club will either send out further barcode emails, or post tickets out (the latter a problem for anyone who chose print at home because they won't...

Season Tickets - "5000th ticket sold on 01/07/2014"

Am in the same boat. There are many games I can't get to, but will share it with bro, and just want to avoid the hassle of reserved-seat all-ticket games, of which there will be many. I also feel like expressing my appreciation to the Club for such generous pricing [e.g. £30 for a Golden...

Season Tickets - "5000th ticket sold on 01/07/2014"

Interesting you say that as I very nearly migrated from New to Braemar. In the end I stayed put but got nearer the end of a row...

Season Tickets - "5000th ticket sold on 01/07/2014"

They can if the person is already a member and linked in the 'Friends & Family' facility. At least I bought mine that way. [The middle drop-down still said 'Adult' after the left-side name drop-down was changed, but when the basket was refreshed it switched to the correct £30 price. I'm used to...

Season Tickets - "5000th ticket sold on 01/07/2014"

Just click on the stadium plan and you should be able to select any seat not already taken. (Obviously this doesn't apply to Ealing Rd.)
