    Samosas

The forks are to clean up once they have fallen to pieces, into the sauces !

Yes, I think the website refers to an age cutoff based on your age at 1st August in the year you are buying your Sep season ticket. Ie 1.8.21 for 21/22, and 1.8.22 for 22/23 Season Ticket. So that 2nd August example would be absolutely right for the 24 year old turning 25. And flip side is that...

I did make a completely different proposal earlier today. Don’t tinker with TAPs, just allow youngsters a lower TAP threshold when compared to old fogeys - so eg if oldies have a priority TAP threshold for a game of 3,500, then 0-24 ages have a lower threshold of 1,500. I can’t see why this...

    Samosas

Would it be possible to provide some little wooden forks, to ease dipping your lovely samosas into the great sauces. I usually end up with half my lamb in the sauce ! Had 3xLamb last week just to skew your statistics !

And I think annoying people unintentionally is the risk that comes with tinkering with a system, before you’ve actually set out all the desired objectives for the new system you want. In my old line of work (NHS), we used to (1) be clear on the “As Is” (the current position with all its supposed...

One thing that helps to ensure that tickets go to “same old people”, is that STH seem to get a window to renew (and retain their seat number). Interestingly, although this is clearly annual custom and practice, can anyone see any reference to this is the STH Terms and Conditions? Premium Seat...

Or what about simply creating a new type of threshold for younger TAPPERs? - if priority for old farts (ie me) set for a game at say 3,500, then for a sub-25 year old would be (say) 1,500, ie 2,000 less. Wouldn’t then have to tamper with the TAP system ! Sorts it for the youngsters straight off...

@hobbsy, will @Invipai‘s proposal be another thing that will be covered in your club discussion? Whether it’s 5 game cutoff or higher, would be helpful if the non attendees were not offered the chance to renew. The N124 seatnex5 to me was empty yet again against Wolves. Is this totally the Clubs...

But maybe it is as simple as that. Ie if we just ensure that most of the high TAPers get a ST offer, then there will no longer be any conflict between STH priority and TAP priority. Simples ? Not sure I understand the logic of rolling TAPs. Surely historic attendance is just as valuable as...

@hobbsy, if that’s the case, shouldn’t these 300 be on a “promise” from the club that they will be offered STs for next season? Even if there aren’t 300 existing STH who don’t renew.

It’s not his fault, he was simply upset ! He’d been told that I‘d invested £12 in that nice new club shop in having his name and number put on the back of my shirt. He’s not happy about it …. PS, it IS like a reverse TARDIS, far smaller on the inside than it looks from outside ! But it had a...

If that is truly the case, and it is found after Season Ticket renewals that there are only a handful of STs available from people not renewing, then can we make a case to the club that fans with sufficiently high TAPs (say 2000+?) should be offered/sold NEW/ADDITIONAL Season Tickets. I’m...

Yes real regular publicity on this would be a huge deterrent, even if it doesn’t go as far as name and shame. A sort of “1st team wall” for Mr Badmen !

AB said: Also I really don’t want to see the club starting to offer NFTs or other dubious digital “fan engagement” nonsense. Not least because I don’t think I could bear the 100 page thread of people trying to explain WTF it all means to moribee and nanny58 (both of whom I’d be completely onside...

Given the BIAS recruitment drive, amid lots of discussions on club fair ticket pricing for next season , and club season ticket issuing and pricing strategy for next season, I thought I would check out what BIASs Manifesto says on the subject. The nearest I got to this, was the otherwise...

@rebus, great work. Should there also be a dedicated thread headlined, “have you joined BIAS yet -if not why not?”Also could BU put something in their excellent newsletter (latest version received today)? John Scott has done a magnificent job relinking with their historic base, so there is a few...

Tortin is easy peasy, vertical at very top (the wall bit), but soon flattens a bit. But Mont Fort is simply horrible, reverse camber as you come out the lift, one slip and it feels like you would fall a couple of miles down. My knees went to jelly and simply wouldn’t function.

Fair enough, but guess club could, after looking at TAPs history, have a one to one conversation with STH about their future likely attendance. Think putting tickets on the Exchange should be actively reinforced - so that more of the 18,000 get to see games.

To me the problem is the opposite. Those who don’t attend but DONT use the exchange, so seat goes begging. Club need to review where this happens and educate the STH. They have done this for seat next to me, so that there has been someone there for a few of the games. Think ST should not be...

@hobbsy, can you paint a sketch of how this works/happens? Ie are there regular touch base sessions, and who at the club do BIAS have these with? does there tend to be a regular recurring agenda of items? how many of the BIAS committee get to attend, is it limited numbers ? Is there any sort of...
