    The "Fulhamification" of our Club

I totally agree with Idaho Bee as this matter is not going to go away. The problem with the people running the off field activities are that they are not Brentford supporters nor do the understand the true feelings of real supporters. I would suggest GILHAMGATE has its own topic but I don't have...

    The "Fulhamification" of our Club

Totally agree with the smooth running and safety of the matchday experience but it boils down to the control aspect. Peter Gilham has been Mr Brentford for many a long year and he loves the club from the bottom of his heart. I think that he has got it right after all these years. May I suggest...

    The "Fulhamification" of our Club

That is exactly whats happening, there is no consultation or discussion involved. The match day staff are told what to do and when so much so that PG was shadowed on the pitch to make sure that he conformed to the instructions he was issued with

    The "Fulhamification" of our Club

The reason these changes are taking place is that PG works for the football department and therefore does't come under the direct control of the new regime currently running the off the field aspects. The Big B Radio name has also bit the dust, PG will be next I am afraid.

    The "Fulhamification" of our Club

The post by Aberdeen Flyer is correct and this is just the start. Hidden in the advert for the new senior marketing executive is the quote deliver the Clubs Matchday Entertainment. The writing is on the wall that Peter Gilham will be replaced as the matchday announcer coupled with the fact that...

    Remembering the tough times

6 -2 stuffing away at Tranmere in pea soup fog,David Court scored and midweek away at Crewe when the squad was so thin we named Gordon Phillips on the bench.

    125 Year Dinner. £125 Each

At the risk of being shot down by some people, would it not be an idea for Lifeline to run a celebration for the fans at an affordable price in Brentford wth PG at the helm.

Bees Player Matchday Commentary - 2014/15

What the hell is going on at GP.Bees player is a disgrace, no power game which has been a tradition at Brentford since I was a nipper and the next to go will be Hey Jude and who knows will Peter Gilham be next on the hit list. How are we allowing a qpr fan to call the shots? Won't be long till...

Just how long have you followed the bees ???

Since the mid 50,s when I used to watch the reserves on a Saturday afternoon when the first team were away. We used to wait for the bloke to climb the ladder to put the HT scores up behind the Ealing Road goal. I also used to be a peanut seller with Gordon Coopar, he was the top man as he went...

    Late night Kick off London

I wonder if anyone can help me. I am desperate to get hold of a copy of this weeks late kick off show on a disc or stick. I have watched it on I player but can't download it. It features me in 1977 at Wimbledon when I was young(er) and would be a lovely keepsake after all these years. Thanks Terry

    After-a-win Music

I hope not, Celebration.Hey Jude and the Power Game are part of our tradition. Remember being at aldershot when PG and their tannoy man did an exchange. Peter played the Power Game and 75 per cent of the ground erupted. Please leave things as they are.
