Is this website is a new set up for st renewals?

Maybe they've just gone with it and now all the glitches are showing up. It's not very good, sadly, especially after the great season and ticket website we've been using to date.

Who know's. However the bottom line is that the buck stops with Brentford. No one else... They are ultimately responsible for their customers/supporters and If they try and just pass the buck I'll be livid..

Can anyone work out how to renew season tickets for all family and friends as I get my details up but only 1 name option so when i change the name and update i then only get that person in my basket.

I have the same problems as others. I didn't receive a renewal email and when I try to renew on the website it gives me any number of seats except the one I have. And when i click on season ticket renewals, it tells me I have no season tickets to renew. Can someone from the club reassure us that these issues will resolved as I am sure people have no wish to add to the pressure on ticket office staff with unnecessary phone calls and emails.

Also, like others, I was defaulted to print at home on Saturday for the Middlesbrough game, only to be told later that print at home was not available for this match. Surely these things should be double-checked before going live. Otherwise it creates frustration and uncertainty for supporters and extra stress for the office staff.

Should be obvious
Do you fancy it? You get a free happy clapper too......:owusu:

What a shambles this st renewal and online tickets for Middlesbrough - spelt correctly! - has become.

I'm reliably informed that they don't have these problems at Fulham, but apparently they used to.

Have I missed something because I can't find anywhere that tells you what the cost of our ST's will be for next season? Please don't tell me you'll only find out once your able to renew and it shows up in your basket..

If you go to the stadium map and hover over your block, it gives you the prices.

What date do these renewal prices expire? I can't find that anywhere.

If you look on the downloaded application it says the early bird expires 7th July with seats guaranteed until 16th June which just happens to be a couple of days before next seasons fixtures come out

I think it's already been stated that is a mistake.

It is really easy to criticise but just thinking about the patronising information the other day; the lack of clear and well thought out information generally; the clear lack of thinking things through and the technical side of things it does make you think that there are real things to learn here.

I loved getting the email basically saying I hope you enjoyed your first season ticket. Thanks I did in 1992. I should send an email back saying - Thanks to the excellent efforts of the ticket office - absolutely superb; but can the people behind the scenes stop patronising me and spend more time planning things out. Is anyone surprised after all the concerns last week that this has happened today? I am not.

All that and the site is STILL INSECURE.

Can you blame it? With all you lot slagging it off, all the time. I'm surprised the site hasn't stuck it's head in the oven...

Got the email, logged on, went to Season Ticket renewal, it then says I have no items to put in the basket. That's it nothing more.
Giving up.

Ditto that's all I'm seeing

Seems like a nightmare, wont bother today. Ever since the buying online/loyalty point scheme has been in place the club have been/put themselves on the back foot unnecessarily. Not sure whether it is a lack of expertise, testing, forward planning but after 3 seasons now the buying online "process" needs to get a lot more professional, undermines all the other forward strides the club has made in the same time period.

Try updating you personal details - in a "lets just try clicking anything and see" moment I did and it gave me an option to select a season ticket for the basket. Didn't seem to get a discount for the Ipswich game that I put my season ticket back on the exchange though.

I bet Winnie is having a sly chuckle reading this thread - where are her doubters now?

Agreed. Constant glitches since it was launched.

By magic my correct seats suddenly appeared in my basket and I renewed and got an immediate email. Hurrah, but what a pain it was to get it done.

It is by a margin the most error-strewn site I have ever encountered. What frustrates me is that when it went live, and trying to be constructive and helpful to a club I have supported for over forty years, and know to have some excellent people behind the scenes, I wrote a long and courteous letter carefully itemising all the problems I could see with the software. It was dismissed. Half of them are still there (eg how to change or cancel a favourite seat).

Every time they try to set something up, it goes wrong. With the playoffs, they sell tickets defaulting to Print at Home, hundreds of people fret because they didn't receive PDFs, then they announce there's no such thing and they'll mail them (in some cases no doubt to addresses people don't want them posted to, hence going with Print at Home). With these ST renewals, they issue a release last night saying you can now buy them, containing a link which is dead. Then the site goes live, but doesn't put your own ST in the basket, doesn't let you click on your seat on the ground map, takes you from a renewal link to your account details, all as described above. Beyond frustrating. I cannot understand how a guy with Benham's background has not imported a half-decent IT guy.

So what is the solution? Seems a lot of people want to renew myself included, apparently my seat isn't available!

You have to link your family members to your details . Use one of the tabs on the menu (can't remember which one) then those linked will appear on your page when buying tickets.

This worked for me earlier but they've allocated me the wrong seats according to the confirmation email - so be aware.

From experience I would simply wait for them to sort it out. It always seems to take 24/48 hours and scores of exasperated calls before things work as they should.

I have exactly the same message. I have two seats together in New Road and I have sent an email to the Club with my details and asked if they'd look at the referenced seats and tell me whose name they are in.

I had a very swift and efficient email reply from Mads and she advised me that the seats were under a different Fan#. My password was reset and I said I'd have another try using the Fan# that I was given. Mads did say if it doesn't work to contact her again and the service from the staff is first rate but again when I logged in I had the message that I had no seats to renew.

It's hopeless and I've given up trying to do this online now. The ticket office staff must be tearing their hair out because supporters who should be smoothly renewing their tickets on line are having to speak to or email the ticket office. They deserve better than this........a poster on here said that in their company someone would have been fired by now but when I asked where the buck stopped and who had the ultimate responsibility re the situation rebus said that it was 'collective responsibility'.

That is an answer that I never ever accepted as a CEO because the translation for this is.......... 'safety in numbers'.

I do not see how the software can possibly have been road tested.

Do you know where that has been stated and if so what date do we have to renew our season tickets at the current price

Lady in the ticket office told me today that the current price would be held until June for existing ST holders.

absolutely spot on, seems really odd that we can't Print at Home for tickets bought for Fridays game, its costing the club postage and someone somewhere will be fretting come Friday morning when the tickets hav'nt arrived - I've been there before and its not good!!!!

So I wonder what has changed with the platform? It was alright last year and it's the same system Harlequins use which has never given me any trouble?

Why not wait a couple of days and see if they can get the IT people to sort it out tomorrow? They must know there is a problem and we still have 10_12 days to renew if you want to keep the same seats .if they can't fix it I'll go down there and give it a bash with a hammer .

A young persons ticket says 18-21 with the age counting at Aug 1st, my lad turned 21 in April this year and will be on Aug 1st, am I right or mental to be thinking he's still in the Young Persons Category?

That's right. Mads is fantastic but she spends half her life having to bail people out of situations created by poor functionality of the ticket site.

My son also turned 21 in April, I had a look on the application form and it states that to qualify for a young persons ticket they have to be under 21 on August 1st. I would imagine that when the site starts working it will know your sons DOB and work it out BUT!!!
