Absolutely awesome service from the my son and the guy on the phone from the Ticket Office Yesterday. My son rang at 4.55pm and yes he had to wait in the queue for +30 minutes from #3 down to actually speaking to someone. End result we upgraded two junior ST to Arsenal adult match tickets, money taken, match tickets put on the their ticket accounts, all done. Actually speaking to him for 20 minutes including a couple of call backs, the reason the wait time is so long is purely down to the requests they get including ours being very complicated.

Job done, very well done Ticket Office.
A feel good story hooray! Actually the ticket office are generally excellent once you get through to them.

Out of interest what was complicated about yours?
You’ve asked for 2 tickets to be upgraded if that goes down in their opinion as complicated no wonder we’re struggling with the system.
The team are lovely at ticket office but 30 + mins to upgrade 2 tickets doesn’t sound great to me.

This gets forgotten with all the ticket on line hoo ha
If only every person who phoned got that service, have waited on hold 30mins+ to get cut off a couple of times the last few weeks, as have countless others. The phone system is as useless as the website.

"We will be sending out new season ticket cards for the 21/22 season that will arrive in time for the August start date. I expect they will be with you a few days before the season starts, so if it has not arrived by then please get in touch with us."
they do say "expect the unexpected" though ;)

Can't understand why they have left it so late? I won't be at home from Monday as work away during the week. Does anyone know if there will be a print at home option?

If worst comes to worst then you would hope so. But still 10 days to go and only 3 days gone in August when we were told they would be sent so I still don't see any reason to be concerned at the moment.

Contact the club direct and explain the situation. That’s enough time for them to sort something out for you.

If just my ST arrives before next Friday so will I......
Me too. The risk with a nice big box of goodies like Newcastle’s is that it won’t fit in the letterbox and so while being delivered on time for those who were in a load will need to go to the post office to pick up next day if they were out when it came!

Help required chaps....bought Arsenal ticket and rather than print...I chose membership option...thinking it would go on membership card....it now appears these cards are not being sent out till after Arsenal game....can't now see an option on my BFC account to print ticket instead....any ideas how I sort this greatly appreciated.

AFAIK membership cards are not being used for access so every one should have a printed ticket.

Can you not see the print option in your account?

I made the same mistake. The ticket office can sort it in a few seconds and send you a link to print off a ticket. The bad news is you either spend possible hours trying to get to speak to someone at the office, or risk that someone finds time to read an email and action it. I chose the first option.

....thanks mate...that's really helpful...can't for the life of me understand why the initial option we chose....was actually an option available....don't get it.

Surely after reading this the sensible option is just to post or save for collection what people purchase.

I thought this was very bizarre on the site...on the select delivery method page there was a tick box for 'if you're buying a membership, click here'. It looked like they included a delivery option for buying a membership when buying a match ticket.

I thought all tickets were paper tickets this year anyway?

It was a bit of a daft mistake we made in the first place, but a decent website would have blanked out that option to prevent us doing so, or at least given us a way of going back and making amends, but if there was one, I couldn't find it. Good luck.

Weren't all non-STHer tickets all paper tickets in previous seasons? Otherwise how else would you know where to sit/stand?

Winnie doesn't have a personal number, just a coldly impersonal one.

Now get off the line, I'm on my lunch hour.

Received my season card this morning but not my sons
I received mine this morning along with one of my sons, still waiting for my other sons and daughters, I guess they will come early next week.
Pack included a pin badge too.
