Contradicts the UEFA link from 24 February 2020 I posted, listing England kicking off the Finals at OT on 6th July. Which is as you'd expect: the hosts to open the tournament at a big venue, to maximise the interest/crowd etc.

Meanwhile, this UEFA link from 23 February 2020 suggests the tourney will kick off with England at OT on 7th July!

Someone is confused - and for once it's not just me!

This is the email I got on the 6th July, which confirms OT for the first match

Maybe they mean in today's tweet the first game at Brentford rather than the tournament. Badly worded effort perhaps.

First tickets are on "pre-sale" tomorrow from 10am, I believe to anyone that has registered their interest on the UEFA website.

General sale is in October.

I pre registered months ago but the ticketing page doesn't show me any way to buy tickets. No email in my inbox from them either 🤔

Hobbsy's link should sort you out as long as you log in, I think, but for reference the email was titled "The wait is almost over! Pre-Sale priority ticket access opens in...⏰" and was from uefawomenseuro2022@weuro.thefa.com

UEFA Women's EURO 2022 volunteers: apply now

Volunteers are already been sought for the UEFA Women’s EURO 2022 tournament due to take place from 6-31 July next year.

Four of the games take place at the Brentford Community Stadium including three group stage matches on and one of the quarter finals

Longtime fans and curious newcomers are being offered an opportunity to become one of 2,000 UEFA volunteers across the country who will welcome visitors.

Roles include Spectator Services – being at the forefront on an event day, ensuring spectators have the best possible match day experience – and Stadium Support, where volunteers will help make the tournament a success by assisting delivery and logistics teams.

There is also the opportunity to be a Host City Volunteer, who will act as ambassadors for each city, creating a welcoming atmosphere across city centres, fanzones and transport hubs and celebrating the local areas for fans visiting.

More details here, including apply for a role here,

(Applications will close on 1 November and interviews will be carried out between November 2021 and March 2022.)

Finals draw is on 28th October and the next phase of tickets is a ballot at "end of October/November 2021".

BCS is hosting B3 v B4, B1 v B3 and B2 v B3, per UEFA Women's Euro 2022 - Wikipedia
Based on the past with UEFA B1 is likely to be a seed so the game on Tuesday 12th July appears the most likely to host a top team.

Some kick off times wouldn't go amiss, some games have ko times confirmed but others don't. Much happier signing up for an 8pm Friday game than a 5pm game...

I would guess kick offs will be confirmed when countries are allocated to each group ??
