Nice idea but we'll struggle to get 5k for a meaningless end of season game? :fishing:

Might be an issue when we've only been allocated 1066 tickets.

They'll give us 7000 if we want, so let's aim high for this local derby

That's what we take first off, then more in sections, if required.

Aren't proper football fans meant to boycott the place?

I think LesB said what this game will mean to Brentford.. ;)

3 wins beforehand and this will mean nothing........ 600 at best! :fishing:

Brentford aren't league 1 or league 2 riff raff now you know. We're in the championship! Heading for the PL! :bound:

Our noses have started to turn up at the end too, so policy on allowing fans to post from the northern outposts of England may change........ :eek:oh:

Love your optimism Nick, should be a decent following whatever. But what did we take the Monday after we got promoted, 3,500?

£25 a ticket and Juniors are only £7.

One of my all time favourite away days. Congas' down the stairs. Dancing in concourse, waving of shoes in the air. Just a shame we let 2 late goals in to draw a game we were walking.

My guess is 1.2k... We took 3k a few days after our promotion, when many bought a ticket as they thought in advance that would be the match we'd get promoted.

I'll come if I can but I may be away that weekend. I'll have to see.

Shame, I only last ten minutes before the jobsworth steward decided to pick on me and throw me out. The day started great, was a celebration, went to a nice pub loads of bees about ten minute walk from the ground. Great view of the half time scenes from outside :( that hurt

The chants that day " we are going up"

This time " we are staying up"

I don't mind the stadium and watching a match there, but the area it's in, a little bland. :D

Only if the team has produced something to give us all a bit more hope beforehand. Any more performances like the last 3 and I'm not sure many will bother.

We took 1,300-odd in Rosler's first season when there was nowt to play for. If there's something riding on this I would expect us to take about 2,500.

I'd hope we take a lot more than that. Seriously if our championship status is at stake we should be taking £4K minimum !

Nick's right we should put a target on this game and aim for a big away following. Its been a ropey season to put it mildly and it feels like a statement to say "do you know what its been a rubbish season but we are in the Championship and staying in the Championship, oh and by the way MK Dons this is an away following you can only ever dream of". I'm up for target 5000 and I will drum up a few others.

Right, that's me decided too!!! Was considering going to this one as I'll be driving up from Somerset to drop my daughter off at Warwick Uni that day after the Easter holidays. MK's 'only down the road'………
Also, for some reason, I've got it into my head that I really want to sing the not often heard these days anthem, 'We are Brentford, Super Brentford, Super Bees!!' throughout the whole game!!!! Anyone else who fancies joining in will be more than welcome!!!!!
YOU REDSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!

......................................yep, that's Milton Keynes for you..................................

anyone know if there will be pay on the gate for away supporters? - haven't made up my mind for definite about this one, as it would have been my 33rd wedding anniversary - there's also a 3-day course in Peterborough that I might be attending as well (22/23/24) - any chance of switching the KO time to 7.45, I wonder - I could do the course and still be at MK in time for KO then?

There's an away ticket window at the ground, so I would think pay on the day would be OK. That end is big enough, so no reason why they wouldn't sell on the day.

Half time was when the shoes and beers were flying everywhere until they cleared the concourse lol
