Was listening to an Australian immigration lawyer earlier this morning.

He wasn't at all surprised when the first appeal succeeded. But that was because it was essentially a procedural matter and the authorities clearly screwed up.

But as matters have unfolded and information has emerged this week, he reckons ND's case in his second appeal is now weaker, since it will be judged on substance (dates, declarations, behaviour etc), not process.

I can't understand why people don't want to be vaccinated, But I still respect their choice, Him and his entourage knew exactly what the requirements of the Australian Gov were to enter the country, They chose to try and manipulate the strict quarantine rules laid down because of his personal choice not to be vaccinated because he doesn't believe in it, But It was handled badly from the beginning, But at least the Australian Gov had the balls to do the right thing in the end, Interesting what stance him and his team take when he tries to play at Wimbledon unvaccinated !!! Hopefully our Gov get it right from the off.

I was more that UK entry requirements are looser than Australia's so he shouldn't fall foul of those

Back to Novax a sec but I can't figure out what his group were trying to pull off. A medical exemption means you have a medical reason not to get the jab right? Did he finally decide he did want the jab in December but oh, no - caught Covid at the same time so he couldn't get it. Bad luck, let me in please? If so that isn't enough time to get the required number of jabs and for immunity to build up

Or did he mean I've got antibodies now (see Aaron Rodgers in the NFL's statements a few months back about having immunity without saying he had the vaccine) due to the infection which isn't medical exemption from getting the vaccine
