I thought during the week Michael O'Neill would have too much knowledge for Thomas. I wish it wasn't the case but O'Neill not for the first time has got his tactics spot on. We simply don't do tactics, we have a lovely style of football which is pleasing on the eye but there isn't in depth analysis. O'Neill has dropped Fletcher, targeted Janelt, overloaded the midfield and added some cyanism. They're well drilled as we have just come along for a kickabout. We don't need to do anything over the top, but we do need to add a tactically aware coach to what we already have to bring us to the next level.
