I'm sure he scored against us a season or two ago. Could be a handy player.

Maybe Keanu will link up well with Reeves

He's be around a bit according to Wikipedia, a few 'releases'. 52 games in 3 years isn't great.

Will Ekong is at Spurs. Dutch youngster.

From memory he was involved in their goal during the 1-1 (Grabban) game at MK, KOC's hamstring went and our right side opened up, he either crossed or scored but I'd go with crossed, I always have a fair few ales at MK but it's in there somewhere.:D

Funny one as he's looked a good prospect in the couple of games against us and heard him praised a bit.

Worth a trial and take it from there.

Looked very talented against us a couple of seasons ago. Whether that was a one off, I don't know. Also, wasn't he involved in some thievery from the dressing room up when up in Scotland, or am I getting him confused with someone else?

I know it's from the awful Football Rumours site but this is confirmation of some very good news:

Brentford's highly rated youngster Alan Bird set to sign professional contract despite offers from Spurs, QPR and Fulham.

I was worried we'd let that one slip away.

A great footballing talent with no footballing brain.

Some dubious off the pitch activities too.

I've heard similar has happened since.

I'm trying to find a link to a red card he got for a lethal tackle. Then delivered some additional punches to get a five match ban.

Liability. Wasted talent.

Hi folks from Yeovil
He was released by us, he does have the makings of a good player and I hope you get the best out of him. I personally thought he was lazy as anything, he would often go past his man but his final delivery was abysmal. Gary johnson wanted players who would fight for the cause and he was simply not up to it.
Then again Carlisle didn't think Madden was up to it either...:)
He needs a good rocket up the rear from your coaching staff.
All the best.

I'm worried. Since the previous post was about 'promising youngster Alan Bird', are you saying that abee got a red card for a lethal tackle, then delivered some additional punches to get a five match ban.? How can a man like this serve on our board when he should be behind bars?

I'm rather sad that again I have had to alert my lawyers concerning a reference to my 'lethal tackle'. :mad1:
